Welcome to our apartments of Villa Wald-Eck (Apartment 1)

The top floor apartment is the largest of our 3 comfortable apartments - ideal for large families or a holiday with friends.

An external staircase leads to the balcony of the corresponding apartment, which also serves as an entrance.

The living / dining kitchen, with a pull-out table, invites you to cozy and sociable rounds for up to 12 people. In the kitchen you will find all the practical cooking utensils needed for general and daily needs for up to 12 people.

In the living / dining area is also a TV integrated.

From the living / dining kitchen leads to all other rooms.
Overall, the apartment has 6 comfortable bedrooms, each with a closet or shelves.

The bed layout looks like this:

2 rooms with double bed (each 1.80 x 2.00 cm)
4 rooms with 2 single beds (each 80 x 1.90 cm)
Please note that there are sloping ceilings in the children's rooms.
Each of the 2 rooms with 2 single beds has a TV.

In the two rooms with the bunk beds you have the possibility to set up an additional cot. Please contact us!

The top floor apartment has 2 bright and friendly bathrooms with windows. Both bathrooms are tiled and each have a shower and a toilet.
In addition there are 2 separate guest toilets, also with window.

On cooler days, the heating provides heat in the rooms and on hot days you can regulate a pleasant temperature through our air conditioning.
The cost of heating and air conditioning will be charged on the day of departure based on consumption and current electricity prices.
The tax is payable locally, at the landlord or at the spa.

What else is important:
All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels can be booked separately. The towel package (2 towels + 1 bath towel) costs once per person € 3.00, the bed linen once € 5.00 per person.(Please order linen package at least 10 days before departure by phone or e-mail, the payment then on arrival on the spot.)
Dish towels are included in the price.

You have the option of placing a stroller on site.
Bicycles have to be connected outside.

The arrival is from 16 00 clock. If you arrive earlier please contact us in advance and we will see if this is possible.
Please inform us one day before your arrival about the expected arrival time.

The departure has to be done by 10.00 o'clock.

What you should bring with you, if you need it:
- Hairdryer
- beach towels
