Cute little place close to the beach

My family enjoyed our stay at 6 Frances Ave. in Narragansett. The place was cozy and big enough for our family of four. It was a good walk to the beach but definitely doable. We had a few minor issues that required the maintenance guy to come out but they were very responsive. Only down side was no cable in the master bedroom; you need to pack your roku or firestick.

Location is great, quick stroll to the beach and some simple food options. The kitchen remodel was done really well, though I wouldn't say the same for the larger bedroom. It looks like a garage was turned into a bed and bath maybe? It is functional but looks a little cob-jobbed. The lock in the bathroom window in particular is sus. We also had to go buy a mattress topper for the queen; painfully hard bed. The property management company is Great - I would definitely use them again. Overall the house was nice, but I don't know that I would revisit.

Very comfortable home with a nice big backyard. My grandson loved the tree swing and space to play. The beach was about a 10 minute pleasant walk. The water was clean and the waves were great fun.

Overall good experience

Carly was very responsive in advance of stay with answering my questions- it was much appreciated. Property was nice and clean with small exception of some crumbs and candy found when we moved the ottoman. Property managers/Carly were immediately responsive to concerns regarding cable/Wi-Fi not working and a broken window lock on Sunday. The lock was not fixed until Tuesday, however, and I had to find something to physically block the window from being opened in the meantime as I was concerned with leaving our dog and any valuables in the home. Once the window was repaired by Jake (great maintenance guy!), we were able to relax and enjoy our stay.
