About this property

Spacious backyard, recently renovated & walking distance to Scarborough Beach!!

Cape style home located in Eastward Look, within walking distance to Scarborough State Beach, and minutes to all of Narragansett's hotspots. This well maintained 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining room that comfortably seats 6, spacious family room, screened-in porch, and a spacious backyard. The backyard is great space for cookouts and yard games.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Excellent location and well appointed house

The house and its location are great. Screened porch is lovely in the morning and walk to beach through a quiet neighborhood is very easy. A few notes: There is no A/C on first floor (non-bedroom floor) so if days are very hot, this is a challenge. The kitchen garbage disposal needs a cleaning - but property Mgr is aware and will attend.
