This three bedroom, two bath property is located under a half of a mile from beautiful Scarborough State Beach and Black Point Trail. Furnished with three queen beds, this home can comfortably sleep six guests during the summer season. Spend all day jumping through the waves, or walking along the picturesque seawall before returning to this property and enjoying the ideal summer dinner on the furnished deck. All guests are sure to enjoy their stay at this home!

Beautiful house and yard, lack of communication.

The property is great, charming house and great patio/backyard. Missing some little things that would be helpful (can opener, iron, measuring cup, pot holder, etc). There was a lack of communication from the property management company regarding the need to go to an alternate location to pick up keys, but they kindly had someone drop off the keys to us.

Amazing getaway!

Our family of five had a spectacular vacation, delighting in the proximity to Scarborough Beach, hiking trails, the town of Narragansett, and delicious ice cream and seafood fare close by! It was a quick 15-20 minute walk with beach wagon to the shore, where we spent most of our time. The house itself was the perfect size for our family, comfortable for lazy mornings, but not so much that we had any desire to stay indoors. Our only complaint about the interior is that the refrigerator lacks shelving, and this made it inconvenient to stock. It would also have been helpful to know about trash/recycling pick up, as I imagine this would assist the next guests. Additionally, amenities were not all included in the listing. For example, there is a gas grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, outdoor shower, TVs in bedrooms as well as living area…etc. We would recommend this location to friends and look forward to returning!
