This apartment is on the garden level of a small new building. It is located in the popular and quiet area of the Calanque du Mugel.
The materials and equipment are of fine quality. The decoration is modern and neat. It is particularly comfortable to live in with its garden, parking and it offers walking access to shops, restaurants, beaches and Calanques.
If you come for a business trip, the shipyard is only 750 m away.
The accommodation
Included in the rental: WIFI (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 parking space and your first consumables (coffee, recycled toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
Ideal for up to 4 people, this fully air-conditioned accommodation also gives you access to a pretty private garden, planted with trees and quiet. You can choose to sunbathe on the deckchairs, breakfast or plancha to the rhythm of the Mediterranean climate. The choice is yours.
Having a car park is already a "luxury" in La Ciotat, in addition, for owners of an electric car, we provide you with a charging station. The charging costs will be at your expense in addition to the rental.
Although semi-buried, the accommodation is bright with its triple exposure and its large windows in the living room. The decoration has been thought out in detail to offer you a relaxing universe mixing design and industrial furniture.
The living room is composed of 3 well-defined spaces with a functional and fully equipped open kitchen. The dining area is pleasant with its solid wood table and comfortable seating area.
The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with recent and quality bedding. One with a double bed of 160x200 and the second with 2 single beds of 80x200 that can be grouped together on request. Each bedroom has its own dressing room and a large mosquito net.
The shower room is shared for the two bedrooms. It is very pleasant with a large walk-in shower and terrazzo tiles.
The water closet is independent.
It is a friendly place, ideally placed to experience Provençal life to the rhythm of the climate, nature and the old town of Ciotadenne.
We can provide you with a highchair and a foldable cot free of charge.
