Please note that this property is on two levels and is unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.

The accommodation comprises two carefully furnished bedrooms to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (double – dimensions 140 x 200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.

The bathroom has a shower, a large mirror, a toilet, and a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
