Just steps from the jaw-dropping resort pool, this luxe 3BR/3.5BA townhome promises a fabulous getaway. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen, a golf-view balcony, and a bunk room that doubles as a game room or workspace. With each bedroom on its own floor, this three-story layout offers the ultimate privacy for your group. As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy access to the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and a beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Indoors, unwind in the open living area, complete with tasteful decor and a smart TV. Release your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge and a gas stove. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table has space for everyone.

This townhouse sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Occupying the entire third floor, the bunk room doubles as a game room and has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV with an Xbox 360. (This private space does not have a door.) A table can be used as a daytime workspace or for game nights. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

Outside, enjoy the coastal breeze on the covered balcony, complete with Restoration Hardware lounge seating and a gas grill. Take in sweeping views of the golf course along with stunning Port A sunsets.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
This three-story townhome is accessed via three steps at the entryway, or via the garage.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Annual Family Trip to Port A

This was our first stay in this property and will definitely be back. There was plenty of space for the family and the location was perfect....could walk across the street to one of the pools. It was a quiet location and could watch the golfers from our back patio. The property was very clean.

Amazing stay!

The property is exactly like the pictures! Extremely clean! The response from any customer service rep was in a very timely manner and friendly. The house had plenty of room and great location to the pool and some local restaraunts. Gym was utilized and great condition. Pools are amazing. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend!

Perfect balance

We loved the idyllic community of Palmilla located much closer to Port A (shorter cart ride) than our prior rentals. Yay! Spacious and comfortable accommodations. Clean. Workable kitchen for cooking and meal prep. We loved it! Just a heads up: no water filter/dispenser in the fridge, so pack lots of water. Sheets are polyester.

Wonderful experience

We like to stay here every year for the past 4 years. We know it will be clean, spacious, and super close to the beach. This is the perfect spot if you like to chill at home with a wonderful ocean view or be at the pool drinking a margarita and enjoy the breeze of the ocean.

Great Family Vacay in South TX

Parrots Cove was an awesome property! The home itself was beautiful and decorated well! The kitchen was fully stocked, there were plenty of towels and beach towels. I love there was actual hand soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap, etc. So many rentals are missing these items, but this one had them all! The furnishings were nice and comfortable. Everything was decorated great! The only complaint was that some of the dishes in the cabinets still looked dirty. My guess is the dishwasher isn't that great and the previous guests did not do a good job of rinsing before items went into the dishwasher. Otherwise, we don't really have any negatives at all! Guest services was great! The pools, pool service and cabanas were great! The ocean was less than exciting and lacking the beautiful blue water we are used to seeing in the gulf, but the kiddo still loved it! There were plenty of beach toys and even a beach tent available to use in the garage. I would highly recommend Parrots Cove and Palmilla!

Perfect place for multiple families/kids

We have stayed at Palmilla Beach for about 4 years now, at different condos. We loved staying at Parrots Cove as it has a great view of the golf course, a gas grill you can use on the patio and a gas stove top range. The previous condos we have rented have not had a grill and had electric stove tops. We cook most of our breakfasts/dinners in the condo during our stay so it was perfect to have a grill to cook on. The condo came well equipped and has a perfect 3rd floor for the kids with lots of room for them to sleep and hang out. It was like their own little mini apartment up there. It was mostly clean. The only reason I took away a star is the internet kept going in and out (we finally used a different network to connect to which worked much better but it was not the one Vacasa had given us. Little confusing). Also there were some dirty dishes in the cupboard, like someone had put them away without washing them. And the fridge/freezer was too warm of a temp so all of our ice cream melted the first night until we turned the temp down. No major complaints though we were able to fairly easily fix these things.

Good location but the unit needs maintenance and attention to detail

This was the third property we have stayed at in Palmilla. We love the neighborhood and have even looked at buying in the neighborhood but given our most recent experience, we are rethinking that options. The neighborhood is quiet compared to other options on the island and with little ones, it tends to make for a nice vacation. Unfortunately this property did not live up to the Palmilla experience. The house was spacious and the bunk banks made it great for kids. The house had nightlights throughout the unit which was thoughtful. We also enjoyed the games they had at the unit. However, the property wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived. It seemed like the cleaners were rushed due to the details they missed. The towels had dark spots on them, there were dirty dishes in the drawers, the microwave was dirty from the previous tenants, hair was in sheets on multiple beds and hair was on the window ledge in front of the master sink, blinds were dusty, trash bags missing, etc. We found glass on the kitchen counter which led us to a broken vase. The WiFi information wasn’t accurate and it took a little while to track it down. When I continued to follow up on issues, I was asked to be patient but this was not how I expected to start my vacation. Unfortunately due to the delays with the WiFi info it meant we were working late into the night. Obviously they have been renting the unit so requesting the info should not have been an issue. I tried to call Vacasa and couldn’t get through. Per their recording, I texted for quicker response. I had already texted one of the numbers they texted us from about the confirmation and did not hear anything so this was my third attempt to contact. I reached out to Vacasa about these issues immediately. Later that evening, I got a text asking about the cleanliness of the unit. When I responded, they asked for pictures which I had already sent and told them to speak with their other team members. That was the last I heard from them on their desire to know about the cleanliness of the unit. Unfortunately the experience continued to go down hill. We came back to a leak the first night we were there. A contractor arrived around 11 pm to look at the issue. Then one of the following days a new leak appeared. We had more contractors out to look at that leak. It appeared that the issues had been ongoing but the maintenance had just been delayed. One of the leaks was on the steps and we had a bowl out to catch the water. Our little one fell trying to go around it. Honestly, our experience with the unit just became a joke. By the end of the trip, we were down to 1 1/2 bath of the 3 1/2 bath unit but one of the sinks in one of the bathrooms we were able to use was clogged. The golf course view was nice and the location within the neighborhood was convenient but we were highly disappointed with the condition of the unit. At the end of the day, the stay was not worth what we spent. We booked the trip thinking that we could relax but we returned home no more relaxed than when we left. We spoke with Vacasa on multiple occasions during our stay. We understand that they acquired Turnkey and they are experiencing some hiccups but we have never had these type of experiences previously. While a discount was provided for the issues, we would have much preferred a different experience or a different unit. We had to option for a late checkout when we were leaving but we had no desire to stay longer than we needed. We even anticipate leaving early due to the condition of the unit but guest services was not open to return the golf cart until 9 am the following morning. Needless to say, if we return to Palmilla, we will not be returning to this unit. It’s a shame because we were looking forward to a nice relaxing trip.
