Situation aisée et calme, adaptée aux séniors. Appartement propre et bien agencé avec wc indépendant de la salle d'eau, siège de douche apprécié. Cuisine étroite mais bien équipée (un couteau à huitres y serait bien venu). Hôtesse réactive et relations ( on line) faciles.
