This two-bedroom/two-bath gem is elegantly furnished. Enjoy a prime location, with the beach located just over the dunes. Located in the Palmilla Resort, amenities include a pool and boardwalk access to the beach. Shops and restaurants in downtown Port Aransas are just a short drive away. Newly constructed, this sleek condo offers a preferred ground-floor location. Highlights include soaring 10’ ceilings, crown molding, and accent lighting. The contemporary interior boasts a tasteful coastal color palette.
Modern tile floors and high ceilings are found throughout the condo. Lounge on a large sectional and watch the flatscreen TV in the living room. Blackout curtains in the living and primary bedroom offer added privacy. A queen-size sleeper offers additional sleeping space. The open-concept kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island. Enjoy meals at the adjacent nautical-themed table or head out to the covered outdoor patio for drinks.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, patio access, and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable full-size beds. Both bedrooms include a flatscreen TV. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
This ideal location puts amenities right at your fingertips: golf and a pool are just outside your condo while the boardwalk to the sandy beach is about a half-mile from your door. The shops and eateries of downtown Port Aransas are a short drive away. For outdoor adventure, cast a line at Horrace Caldwell Pier or hike in the marshlands of the Port Aransas Nature Preserve, both an easy drive.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Snowbirds please note, this property can be rented for January and February only.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
