Just 15km from the Mediterranean beaches and 18km from the Spanish border, this destination is ideal for exploring Roussillon with your family. Traditional Catalan stone house, built in the heart of the village of Banyuls dels Aspres, located on a hill surrounded by vineyards. This town is ideally located, a few kilometers from Spain, the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, Boulou and the thermal baths. This fully renovated cottage is located in an old wine building (operated until 1999) hence its name: the Maison des Vendangeurs. It is nestled at the foot of a water tower. Ground floor: - Living room - Equipped kitchen - Shower room - WC. independent Angled staircase to access the upper floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 opening onto a terrace - Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x190 Air conditioning in each bedroom. Private outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue, in the courtyard giving access to the gîte and the owners' house. Private enclosed parking. Electricity consumption: Close to the Mediterranean Sea and the Canigou massif, you will stay in the pleasant village of Banyuls des Aspres.
