Ideally located in a small quiet residence, 300 meters from the port and the sea, this fully renovated house equipped with all modern comforts will seduce you. It has two closed bedrooms; one of them has a 140 cm bed and the other has a BZ type sofa (good quality sleeping) and a bunk bed
The bright and pleasant living room opens onto a lovely terrace with barbecue (and additional fridge in the storage room)
The kitchen is new and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge and oven etc ...)
The bathroom has a bathtub.
You will have access to the supervised beach on foot throughout the summer season as well as to all types of shops.
The surrounding activities are numerous: horse riding, water and water sports, sea trips from the port to visit the coast and charming villages such as Collioure

Maison très propre, bien équipée dans l'ensemble. Très beau jardin avec terrasse et barbecue au charbon de bois. À quelques pas seulement du port et de la plage (15 min). Organisation, communication et serviabilité irréprochables de la part de la propriétaire et de la personne sur place. En résumé, à recommander sans hésiter.

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et bien placé. Quelques appareils ou ustensiles fragiles. Climatisation uniquement dans le salon et la chambre parentale. Dommage pour les enfants qui ont souffert de la chaleur.

Very pleasant stay!

Well located small residence on residential street. Well kitted out - some May find ground floor a little dark - not us it was good to escape the sun! Easy access to port/ beach and for walk trails. Plenty restaurants within walking distance. Recommend beach at Le Racou and coastal walk from there to Collioure - a real gem!

Superbe petite maisonnette

Maison propre, lumineuse et chaleureuse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, agréables et gentils. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et la petite terrasse avec le barbecue à été très apprécié 😊 Nous comptons bien y retourner.

A 10 minutes à pied du port, de la plage et des commerces. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Quartier calme et extérieur sans vis à vis ! La cuisine est très bien agencée et l'électroménager est top ! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison.

Prima verblijf gehad in St. Cyprien. Maar wat is Frankrijk duur geworden. Voor het verblijf van 3 weken kun je net zo goed een maand naar Azie vliegen en daar verblijven.

1er visite en region catalane

A proximité de la plage, des commerces et du port. Nous avons pu aussi faire de belles visites culturelles car c est une région riche en Histoire. En 1 h nous étions à figueras pour nous régaler au musée Dali. Super vacances !! Petite maison très agréable et très bien entretenue avec un équipement complet et une terrasse au top.

Petite maison mitoyenne correspondant parfaitement à ce qui est annoncé, facilité de parking à proximité (en avril), localisation parfaite pour profiter de la plage et du port (10 min à pied), petit extérieur très agréable. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui est de très bon conseil. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. A recommander!
