Located in the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, this spacious 5BR/4.5BA home is perfect for large groups. Enjoy four covered balconies and a side patio with a lush lawn. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

The inviting main living area has a 75-inch TV, sofa, and two armchairs. A second living area offers a 32-inch TV and sofa, while the third living area has a 50-inch TV, love seat, and chair. The well-appointed kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop and wall oven. Enjoy morning coffee at the kitchen island, and when it's time to eat, there are two dining areas.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 50-inch TV, and en-suite bath with a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, a 40-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. A third guest room has a king bed, 40-inch TV, and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Each room has its own 32-inch TV. A guest bath includes a tub/shower combination, and an additional half bath provides added convenience.

Enjoy the coastal breeze on four large covered balconies, accessible from multiple areas of the home. A side patio features Adirondack seating, well-manicured lawn, and an outdoor shower. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

Take a quick stroll to the beach, just .03 miles away. Visit Port Aransas Nature Preserve (3.2 miles) for hiking and biking trails or explore Mustang Island State Park, located 10 miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
