With 2,000 square feet of luxe living space, this home offers the ideal Gulf getaway. Overlooking the gorgeous resort grounds and across the street from the sparkling shared pool, this stunning home has it all! Amenities at the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community include a boardwalk to the beach and on-site dining. The community courtyard offers alfresco dining and a firepit. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. The current 9-hole course incorporates the best links-style play and winds throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
The stylishly appointed living area features an inviting, beachy color palette. Your family can stretch out on the queen sectional sofa bed and several chairs and watch shows on the 75-inch TV.
The spacious and modern kitchen is a chef's dream. Outfitted with a complete set of high-end stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range, the kitchen also has a large island with plenty of counter space for meal prep.
All the bedrooms feature TVs, and three have en suite bathrooms stocked with complimentary starter supplies of toiletries and bath amenities.
This home features three second-floor balconies. One overlooks the courtyard with a dining table and a seating area. The second is on the opposite side of the house and has seating, while the third includes tall Adirondack chairs. A gas grill and an outdoor shower are located on the patio.
Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1.

Good beach house for a family trip. However if you have small children the stairs are noisy, there are no baby gates or pack n plays.

Perfect pelican
The house was absolutely perfect. Great location, great atmosphere, amenities all on on site. The staff was courteous and friendly. It was absolutely a great weekend and enjoyed every moment. It was absolutely perfect and will be returning to the perfect pelican again. Thank you for allowing us the perfect getaway for my daughter's birthday.

Perfect Pelican to the Max!
We loved our stay at the Perfect Pelican. We cannot wait to return next year and enjoy this home. It was very clean and roomy. Thanks again!!
Loved area and place but have a couple issues with the it.
Hot on 2nd floor. Especially master bedroom. Freezing on 1st and 3rd floors. No access through garage and no hose to spray sand off.

Plenty of Room!
The house was nice! You must be in shape home has stairs and very dangerous if you have little ones. Bring gates. We were moved to this unit after the air went out in our original unit. Be careful what you ask for! The bottom and top floor air was fine 2nd floor was freezing!! The few things that were bad was you had to walk everything around no entrance from garage, no water hose so when returning from beach you could not wash everything off. Trash can was also unavailable.
Otherwise unit was nice sofa was dirty and floors would turn your feet black on bottom. Very Dirty!

Nice house but a few issues...
Great space for 2 families, listing says 3 bedrooms but it is actually 4 bedrooms, outdoor grill was nice, patios are very small but nice to have outdoor space. A few things to point out.... The middle floor was freezing the entire time and we could not get the temperature to go up. Much better than being hot but we were all freezing on that level which is where the kitchen and living room is. Th kitchen has a large amount of pots and pans, plates etc but there is only salt and pepper so bring anything you may need. Also there is a coffee pot but no filters. No beach chairs or towels so be sure to bring those. The middle floor king bed had really terrible rough sheets, I wouldn't normally be this picky but these were so bad and when I asked to have them switched they brought the same ones. Lastly, there is no outdoor shower or hose to rinse off so we had to use the neighbor's outdoor spigot. For the price they are asking I feel like there should not be this many issues. During the time we rented, the house was right in the middle of the construction zone. I understand the development isn't finished but would have been nice to know before we arrived. The crews work every day starting early in the am.

Family Vacay 3.5 Stars
Nine family members traveled to Palmilla Beach from IN & TX to meet up for a summer vacation. Weather was amazing; pantry & garage access were not. Description of rental does not mention locked areas. Had we known, we would have selected another rental. We booked 6+ months in advance.
Plenty of food including cooking essentials & groceries were brought along. Historically, when renting a four bedroom home, there is access to a pantry to store aforementioned groceries. With this rental, the majority of the counter space and drawer / cabinet space needed to be used to store chips / popcorn / snacks / breads / coffee supplies / spices which left little counter space to prepare meals. Large plastic storage containers were sparse for fresh pineapple or watermelon along with meal leftovers so we had to purchase additional ones - which we left for future guests.
The garage access was locked which meant that anytime we came in from the beach or pool, wet towels and sand was tracked in. There were no hanging hooks for wet towels in the entry. Pool floats and shoes congested the entry way along with coolers and towels / chairs / floats for nine. The floor got very slick at times but we managed not to have any slip & falls. I understand if there is a golf cart in the garage only for owner use; but, rather than closing access completely off, build a half wall or add a keypad ignition.
Additional notes on this rental - the master bedroom door is solid glass with no covering on it. When the sun goes down, the neighbors can see directly in the room. The stairs between the 1st & 2nd floor squeak. If you are a light sleeper in the lower bedroom, be warned.
Overall, the finishes in the house are nice and the bedrooms were accommodating.

Perfect vacation rental
This was our third stay in this unit and as always it was perfect. It is in the best complex in all of Port A and has great amenities. The unit itself is spacious, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked for cooking and dining, and outdoor decks are nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the golf course in the evenings. We also rented a golf cart and used that to travel into town each day and to the beach, although one could dine and relax on property the entire time if they wished. My family all love and highly recommend this unit!
