House 40m2 completely renovated equipped with all comforts.
Located in a quiet environment,
500m from the beach of honour, 250m from the amusement park, close to shops, all activities can be done on foot. Cycle path, plenty of free parking.

Ground floor,
Living rooms with Rapido sofa 140x 190, fully equipped kitchen, parking space in front of the house.
Upstairs,
2 bedrooms
One with 1 bed 140 x 190
One with 2 beds 90x 190
You can relax in a pleasant covered and open terrace plus courtyard with its fully equipped garden furniture including an electric plancha and dining area

Arrivals will be on Saturdays at 3:00 p.m., and departures on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. (rental frequency from Saturday to Saturday)
