## Space
Completely renovated with taste, La Perla is a warm and bright flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of a small typical building (no lift). Ideal for 2 to 4 people, it offers a cosy setting just 500 metres from Santa Pola's main beaches.

You will find a beautiful, modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto a comfortable living room with a convertible sofa bed for two people and a connected TV. Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms ensure maximum comfort in summer.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a walk-in shower.

The flat is very well appointed, pleasant to live in and ideal for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Parking is easy on the street.

## Access
Travellers will have access to the entire LA PERLA flat, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residential building (with lift). On arrival, one of our city managers will welcome you in person to hand over the keys, show you around the flat and answer any initial questions you may have. A warm welcome to get your stay off to a great start!

We remain available throughout your stay to help you if you need any assistance.

TRAVELLER APPLICATION
We offer an exceptional interactive experience thanks to our exclusive traveller application. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating your communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

SERVICES
You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book any services you may need before and during your stay: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Santa Pola is a charming seaside resort known for its lively port, sandy beaches, local markets and numerous water sports activities. You can also discover the salt marshes, take a boat trip to the island of Tabarca, or simply stroll along the seafront.

The flat is just 30 minutes from Alicante, accessible by car or bus - ideal for a day trip!

From Alicante airport (about 15-20 minutes by car), you can reach Santa Pola by taxi, hire car or shuttle bus.

Great apartment close to the beach!

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, especially for longer stays. It has everything you might need, including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fully stocked kitchenware, and even basics like sugar and salt. The views are fantastic, and you also have access to the rooftop, where the views is even more impressive. The only small thing to note is that the bed might feel a bit short if you’re around 185 cm or taller, but the sofa is longer and works perfectly if needed 🙂 Highly recommended!

Lovely apartament

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. We stayed there for three weeks. The apartment has everything you need for a normal life: a well-equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a comfortable sofa, a dining area, a clean bathroom and shower, a washing machine, a large and comfortable bed, air conditioning in both rooms, and ceiling fans. Good, fast internet is available for working people. The neighborhood is very quiet but also full of local bars and restaurants, and the proximity to the beach is a huge plus. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also available in the apartment. There are plenty of parking spaces available near the building. Communication with the host was very good, although we had absolutely no problems. We felt right at home! Some people might have noticed the lack of an elevator in the building; the apartment is located on the second floor. This didn't bother us. I recommend it! :)
