Charming family house carefully renovated in the heart of nature for outdoor holidays! This independent house, near a residential house, located in a pretty typical hamlet of Cézallier, consists of: On the ground floor : -a living room/open kitchen with pellet stove -a bathroom -a separate toilet On the 1st floor: -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with two 90cm beds -an independent toilet On the 2nd floor: -a room with 2 single beds (2 additional people accepted at the rate of €25/week/person) You will enjoy a garden of approximately 200m² with garden furniture and barbecue. A ping-pong table is available in an outbuilding located opposite the house. Free communal pétanque court 200m from the gîte. Nearby: La Godivelle: lakes, Ardes/Couze wildlife and leisure park, Monts du Sancy. Charming family house in Cézallier
