Whether looking for a romantic getaway, solo retreat, or comfortable work space, this is the perfect vacation rental in the desert. Located between Ritzy Palm Desert and La Quinta, close to fine dining, shopping, golf, Tennis Garden, polo fields. Gated community, 3 pools, beautiful walking paths, and 2 bicycles to use. Very bright, open concept, exposed vaulted ceilings. King bed and kitchenette. Patio perfect for coffee, reading, wine, BBQ, and relaxation.

Indian Wells is a wealthy resort town in the Coachella Valley, tucked in-between La Quinta and Palm Desert. Indian Wells appears on the list of America's 100 richest cities, and is by far the most affluent community in Coachella Valley. The Studio Condo is quiet, serene, and surrounded by high-end golf, tennis facilities, and uniquely nestled up against Santa Rosa Mountains. Swanky El Paseo in Palm Desert and Old Town La Quinta are just a few miles away. Watch polo matches on Sunday during the season. Hiking, biking trails very close. Joshua Tree and Anza Borrego are an easy day trip.

Beautiful Home in Quiet Neighborhood

I came for a music festival weekend, which this home was quite close too. Briant was very communicative from when I first booked the stay, to the day before, and during the stay as well. I really enjoyed the toiletries and cleaning supplies that the home was already stocked with. This home is in a gated community, so you feel safe as well. The bed was comfortable and big, the balcony was beautiful, and everything looked like the photos. Be mindful that there are quiet hours after 10pm, so I wouldn’t necessarily book this location with a large group of rambunctious friends. Additionally, it’s not a secret that the city is in the desert - there is A/C but the heat still creeps in. Overall, I would book again as it was such a comfortable stay with a very communicative host!

Relaxation in The Treehouse

The high ceilings and many windows made for a spacious studio experience. Small kitchen and many appliances worked well for us. Carpet due for cleaning. Great setting and community. 3 pools, 2 of them well heated, would have liked a hot tub. Communication and responsiveness of owner were excellent.

Location is amazing, near great restaurants, grocery stores. Very clean, comfortable peaceful and relaxing. WE enjoy our morning walks, beautiful scenery amazing views.

Ideally located between swanky El Paseo in Palm Desert as well as Old Town La Quinta. The polo fields and entertainment of the casinos are not far away. We enjoy walks, bike rides, pool time, fine dining, shopping, nearby polo matches, tennis and golf, world class entertainment. Most of all we relish the beauty and tranquility that is offered at our doorstep.

Drive through the guarded gate entry pass the private golf course to your hidden retreat. Ample parking and EV charging station. This upstairs unit with its high, exposed beam vaulted ceilings, freshly painted walls and new carpeting beckons you to practice your yoga or stretches while listening to the palm trees sway in this idyllic nook. Convenient kitchenette, refrigerator and electric grill are available for easy entertainment. Take a swim in one of the 3 nearby pools, walk or bike the beautiful grounds. Take in a game at the world class tennis gardens very close by or play at any of the many public golf courses.
