• 1 parking pass included (extras available for purchase)
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and a $30 Fee.
• Quiet family-friendly property-no parties

This is our personal beach condo, please treat it as your would treat your home. No glitter allowed inside. No hanging anything on walls inside or from railings outside. No furniture, bedding, blow up mattresses allowed to be brought in.
No moving or rearranging furniture. Please read all the rules prior too booking.

The total price shown includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, state taxes, city taxes, and VRBO service fee. The amount displayed to guest is not the total I receive as a host. If you have any questions or would like to confirm the nightly rate, please feel free to send me a message. Over time, certain items may be upgraded and replaced, so the decor, rugs and lighting may differ from what is depicted in the pictures.
