Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to checking out, please empty the refrigerator and dispose of all leftover food and trash. All trash must be in tied trash bags and put out for pickup.
All dishes should be left CLEAN. You can run the dishwasher if needed, but please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Please clean and unplug the coffee maker and other kitchen appliances.
Set thermostats to COOL and set temperature to 78 degrees. Please be sure all patio furniture is put back position and under the overhang of the patio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house with plenty of space for 16 people from 5 different families. We never felt on top of each other. Multiple people were able to shower at the same time without loosing water pressure or hot water. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Target is located just outside the neighborhood. We visited the hideaway clubhouse twice and the we all loved it! (Heads-up there are adult beverage cups in the house we learned after we bought some. Saves a good amount for refill drinks.) If we return next year for same reason, we will check to see if this property is available for sure. Robert was always quick to respond when we had questions. Great host!

The host was very quick with replies to question !! House was perfect !! Loved it all !! We had a blast with pool and jot tub and we were like kids playing in the game room ! Only thing wexwould change is the ice cream coming around everyday with Christmas music ! Lol

This place was just as amazing as the pictures. It was clean and spacious. There was enough sleeping, lounging, gathering, and eating spaces for all. We had 18 people and there was plenty of space. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the pool and jacuzzi The covered porch was enjoyed by my older family members. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and warm. We will definitely stay here again when we bring the entire family.
Part of my family that came to Disney. 2 in the picture stayed at another house, but we all were able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together on this day in the picture.

All the rooms were neat and clean. We all liked that all the rooms had a fan just in case anyone wanted to be extra cool. It was easy to communicate with the host on the Vrbo app and they responded quickly. All areas were nice and clean but we did find baby socks underneath the couch cushions.
