Etxerria is a magnificent traditional Basque farmhouse, fully renovated in 2024. The former hayloft has been transformed into a comfortable and welcoming gîte, adjoining the home of your host, Elisa. The property, spanning over one hectare, is surrounded by meadows. An orchard has been planted on the premises. Enjoy breathtaking 360° views. The village is ideally located in the rolling hills of the inland Basque Country, far from the crowds. The Camino de Santiago and GR 10 long-distance hiking trails are just 1 km away. The Basque coast is an hour away. Here, the mountains and their beautiful landscapes will captivate you, along with flocks of sheep that graze the hills. Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port is half an hour away. You enter directly into the large, bright living room (with restored exposed beams and stonework).
