Welcome to the KARRIKA BURIA gîte, adjoining the owner's house near the village of St Martin d'Arberoue, 13 km from Hasparren. The KARRIKA BURIA gîte is located upstairs (with a closed garage on the ground floor), accessible via an external staircase. It comprises: - a living room with an open kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine), a living room, and a lounge area opening onto a terrace - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed - 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be combined to form a queen-size bed - a shower room - a toilet KARRIKA BURIA offers excellent amenities: beds are made ready for your arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. Reversible heating and air conditioning are available at an additional cost. Wi-Fi internet access. Baby equipment is available upon request. You will have access to an adjoining outdoor space consisting of a small garden and a covered terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Parking. Garage. The cottage is located 1.3 km from the village, 10 km from Iholdy, and 13 km from Hasparren. It is ideally located in the heart of the Basque Country, in the Arbéroue Valley, a preserved valley rich in history and culture, particularly known for its caves (Grottes d'Isturitz). The owners are farmers and will be happy to show you around their sheep farm. KARRIKA BURIA: a gîte renovated in 2025 with beautiful amenities and a unique view of the Arberoue Valley
