Geen aanrader
Zeer donker huis met veel achterstallig onderhoud. In tegenstelling tot wat de advertentie doet geloven is de loopafstand tot het meer minimaal 15 minuten. De beloofde roeiboot ligt verstopt in het riet en stond vol met water. Het huis was zeker niet schoon en rook erg muf. Ook ontbreekt er essentieel keukengerei.

Ferienhaus Lövudden
Um 16 Uhr sollte am Haus die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen und eine kurze Einweisung.Nachdem wir über eine Stunde gewartet haben, ohne dass sich bei uns jemand gemeldet hätte, probierten wir, ob wir nicht durch irgendeine Tür hereinkommen. - Eine Tür war dann offen.Das Haus war vollkommen verdreckt. - Ich habe vorsorglich Fotos gemacht. Angeblich soll es laut einer abgehakten Reinigungs-Liste sauber gemacht worden sein.Spiegel gleich im Eingang und Dusche waren total verschmiert. Die Tiolettenbrille von unten vollgekackt. Der Backofen verdreckt, die Kochplatten noch voller angebranter Milch, die Kaffeemaschine wurde seit Monaten nicht gereinigt. Die Spinnweben hingen an den Steckdosen, und überall waren Mäuseknittel ...Wir mussten das Haus erstmal grundreinigen, damit es überhaupt nutzbar war. Beim Fernseher war die Fernbedienung kaput, - es liefen ohnehin nur ein paar schwedische Programme. Satanlage Fehlanzeige. Kein W-Lan. Zum Badestrand waren es nicht 150 Meter, wie angegeben, sondern mindestens 800 Meter. Ein angebliches Boot, das uns zur Verfügung hätte stehen sollen, haben wir vergeblich gesucht.Als ich die Vermieterin angerufen hatte, erzählte sie mir, dass ja so gar nicht alles im Vertrag stand. - HÄ?Als wir nach einer Woche wieder abgereist sind, war das Haus so sauber, wie wahrscheinlich schon seit Jahren nicht mehr. Die Vermieterin hatte sich nie blicken lassen.
