Electric heating included. Various games children at a young age. Cottage in a village in the coast 7 km from the beaches, in a neighbourhood quiet. Court terrace fully cloturée(40m²) with garden furniture and BBQ. Many footpaths around the village and the ponds of the regional natural park.
