1. 5 room apartment, 40 square meters (3 beds) in a 6-family house, in a quiet central location, 5 minutes to the valley station Murschetg. The apartment is on the first Floor. There is a reserved parking space and a balcony. The apartment also includes a garage, through which can be reached via the ski room to the stairwell.
In normal snow conditions skis in 2 minutes to the valley station. Linen supplied. Final cleaning Euro 94. 00 are included in the total. Pets on request. Please bring bath towels themselves.

Nette Wohnung an guter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Talstation in Laax Murschetg. Für Schneesport bzw. Wanderungen liegt die Wohnung sehr günstig. Der Skiraum zur Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und das offene Cheminée sowie der Balkon sind Highlights.
Leider ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen (ausser das Badezimmer, das moderner wirkt). Dies äussert sich besonders in der Elektrik: zahlreiche Lampen funktionieren nicht bzw. nur mit Wackelkontakt und man kriegt Stromschläge verpasst, wenn man die Lampen per Knopfdruck einschalten will. Ausserdem ist die Küchenausstattung der Wohnung mässig brauchbar und die Sauberkeit im Wohnbereich und in der Küche liess zu Wünschen übrig. Des Weiteren wurde im Inserat eine Garage angepriesen, schliesslich war aber nur ein Aussenparkplatz verfügbar - besonders bei einem Winteraufenthalt ist das ein wichtiger Unterschied.
Mehrheitlich positiv war die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und mit dem Verwalter/Wohnungswart.

Gemütliches Ski-Appartment
Das Appartment ist gut gelegen für den Zugang zur Weissen Arena Laax. Es lässt sich gut kochen darin und verfügt über eine eigene, separate Garage (2. von links).
