Capitola Surfing Paradise, perfect to work remotely

Would you like to enjoy Capitola-by-the-Sea? Our cozy little house of 750 sq/ft and its gorgeous backyard is waiting for you. Have fun around the BBQ, enjoy a coffee on the comfy outdoor sofa, relax indoors or work at any dedicated workspace. You also can easily walk to the village to enjoy the venues, the wharf, and the surf spot. Do you love the outdoors? Explore New Brighton Beach and Nisene Mark forest, or ride your bike to the hills or to the local wineries.

The house has not been remodeled and doesn't have a dishwasher. All other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, books in English and French, TV, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, hairdryer, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke detectors, BBQ grill, Firepit, outdoor dining area, free parking on-premises. You will feel at home.
We have Fiber Internet with 1 Gbps, ideal for remote workers.
One car can park in our shared driveway. There are spaces in the street for another car.
