Tree Top - Cozy, quiet, 2nd-story, private condo - 1 Guest only
A cozy, quiet 2nd-story getaway located next to the ski area for only one. It is a modern but still very rustic condo among several in the building and area. Tree Top features a full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside deck. Accommodations include a double bed in a separate bedroom and a futon in the living room. A bathroom with a shower/bathtub is located in between assuring access from both sleeping areas. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside. The space Located in the Village of Angel Fire across from the Ski Area. Grocery store conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions, and food joints nearby and along the main street a little further away.
Very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.
The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but you might bring bottled water for backup just in case tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it, but like to drink bottled water. Guest access The stairway and door constitute a private entry. It is in a condominium building with others around. The balcony is a decent size but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's.
The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for adult guests only, rather than children and pets.

I was shocked to get a place so close to the resort for the price. Host was friendly and accommodating. Only problem is that the access road was frozen over which made getting in a bit of a hassle.
Everything as promised and an extremely nice renter who allowed us to reschedule due to a family emergency. The whole experience could not have been better.
Nice. Simple. Suggested to owner that ground coffee would be nice especially if there is a coffee pot in the kitchen. The bedroom area had a smell, but I'm sure this was a one-off since the property has had good reviews. Texted the owner about this. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
It was a very cozy place and me and my husband enjoyed our stay! Our App didn’t work once we got in the mountains so we text our host and he got right back to us and we got there! Thanks! We look forward to going back!
