About this property

In the heart of Cadiz, directly on the market

The newly renovated flat is located in a heritage-protected building. The house, built in 1765, is located directly in the historic old town of Cádiz.

There are many bars, restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.

The sea is only a five-minute walk away. Two beaches are within 15 minutes walking distance. Surfboard, beach toys and bath towels are available for you in the flat.

Keep this in mind in case it puts you off: it's on the third floor without a lift. You'll stay in shape :-)

While the windows of the living room look directly onto the lively square in front of the market, two of the bedrooms are located in the rear part of the building and are very quiet.

The light-flooded flat has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso pot and fridge. There is also a washing machine and a TV. Due to the many windows, the flat is very well ventilated and not too hot even in summer. There is also a large ceiling fan in the living room.

The flat is equipped family-friendly, there is a box with various toys also for the beach.
High-speed WiFi is also included, so the flat is therefore ideal for working from home.

Beds linens and towels are available.

If you are travelling by car, you will find a public parking garage in the immediate vicinity.

This flat is also great for digital nomads. The WiFi Internet connection is high speed fibre optic and it has spacious and comfortable spaces to work in.

Cadiz is a very quiet city, especially in autumn, winter and spring and has an average maximum temperature of 20ºC in those months. This makes it an ideal place to enjoy a great workation in the low season.

A very nice place in the heart of the city's active centre
The apartment is simply, but practically and very nicely furnished, has a great view on the central market and allows you to observe various activities from the balcony and to shop delicious fruit and fish within five minutes. For those with a light sleep, it may be a bit loud. For those who don't mind a bit of noise and enjoy being at the centre of things, this is a perfect place, also given that the beach is in walking distance, as are most places in Cádiz. Children are very welcome in the house, and the neighbours have all been very friendly. When we had problems entering the apartment, the owners were extremely forthcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, both in the apartment and in the city.

A centrally located and spacious apartment
Maria was very helpful and prompt in her communication with us. The apartment is located on 3rd floor right opposite the central markets in the old city so front bedroom is noisy. You’ll stay fit using the old stairs! We were there in mild weather and found the place comfortable and clean

Fantastisk placering og rummelig lejlighed i en bygning med en historisk atmosfære.
Vi var 4 voksne i lejligheden i påsken 2019. Placeringen ved markedet og tæt på Domoen, var for os perfekt. Selve lejligheden har et veludstyret køkken, hvor man kan tilberede de friske råvarer fra markedet. Derudover, er der masser af gode restauranter med fisk og spanske retter i området. Ejendommen er rolig og vi blev ikke generet af larm eller naboer. Lejligheden er rummelig og vi sov i gode og behagelige senge. Vi kan klart anbefale stedet til andre.
