The stylish, modern apartment with terrace and garden is centrally located in a quiet location in Rosenheim. You can walk to the city center (pedestrian zone) in about 5 minutes, as well as the train station in about 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport stops in the immediate vicinity.

The equipment is new (renovation 2017/2018) with dining table and 4 chairs, large couch, living room and bedroom each with TV, WiFi, terrace with garden furniture, kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc.) as well as a hallway and a Bathroom with washing machine.

It is a two-room apartment. For bookings of two people or more, there is an extra bedroom with a double bed and TV. When booking one person only the living room with double bed and television.

Cleanliness is our top priority and guests can look forward to a perfectly prepared apartment.

The accommodation and the parking space included in the rental price are located directly on the Loreto meadow (autumn festival area).

There is a key safe on the terrace / garden (24 hour check-in). The PIN number with a detailed description of the guests will be sent shortly before arrival.

Excellent Apartment for Family of 4!

We just spent 2 wonderful nights at this apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed. The well stocked kitchen was great for cooking dinner one night and breakfast. The instructions for the apartment were easy to follow and the location was great for looking around Rosenheim and visiting Chiemsee. Our children were very happy to see the Christmas decorations in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the storage was plentiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this apartment as a great option to anyone traveling as a family or couple.

The apartment was advertised as a two bedroom apartment. However the "second bedroom" was a bed in the living room. Furthermore needs the bathroom urgently an overhaul.

Dear guest, unfortunately I cannot understand your rating. The apartment is a two-room apartment and it is clearly stated in the advertisement that the second bed is in the living room. Apart from that, the bathroom was completely renovated nine years ago, is tiled white and is in immaculate condition. I cannot understand your criticism. Apart from that, I would have been happy if you had spoken to me personally about it. We have been renting this apartment for seven years and no guest has complained about the bathroom.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und fanden die Busanbindung zum Bahnhof sehr vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, liegt sehr ruhig, nur die Terrasse ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr angenehme Wohnung, sauber, ruhig, modern eingerichtet und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Ob man Schuhe putzen will oder einen Knopf annaehen will, alle Utensilien sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Super ausgestattete Küche, haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Zugang ueber Schluesselssafe hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir kommen wieder, auch weil Rosenheim so eine tolle Stadt ist.

Für Rad-Touristen perfekt!

Obwohl nur 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt idyllisch ruhig!!Es war immer eine Ruheoase für uns nach einem Tag mit Kindern/Enkelkindern.Vielleicht sollte man in der Anzeige erwähnen, dass das Bad nur eine Badewanne besitzt. Hüft operierte……. könnten damit Schwierigkeiten bekommen.

Toll!

Die FeWo liegt ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Die Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der erreichbaren Umgebung gibt es tolle Ausflugs- und Wanderziele. Wir werden sicher dort noch mal Urlaub machen. In der FeWo haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! Fam. T.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Check-In war unkompliziert und sehr genau beschrieben. Gut gelegene saubere Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft in Rosenheim. Busse fahren praktisch direkt vor der Haustür los, zum Bahnhof läuft man keine 20 Minuten. Die Räume sind hell, sauber und zwar etwas unpersönlich aber angenehm neutral eingerichtet. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

4 Freunde im Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war im gesamten eine amgenehme Erfahrung und man konnte sich auch gut entspannen. Die Einrichtung (vor allem im Wohnzimmer) ist sehr heimelig, was zu einem angenehmen, enstspannten Aufenthalt geführt hat.

This is a very centrally located apartment in Rosenheim. It is spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. The check in process is easy. There are grocery stores and bakeries within walking distance. The city center is close as well. We enjoyed our stay and will return some day soon. Thank you Anton!

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und lädt zur Erkundung von Rosenheim ein. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und konnte ein vermeintliches Problem super schnell und unkompliziert lösen. Bei der Wohnung fehle es an nichts. Wenn es überhaupt was zu bemängeln gibt, dann ist es der geringe Wasserdruck am Wasserhahn in der Küche und im Bad. Bei der Dushe hingegeben war alles super.
