Quiet, bright 3-room apartment on Lake Tegernsee, unique in summer & winter

Am Tegernsee is located in the middle of a dreamlike landscape. With its exclusive villages, this part of Germany offers the best conditions for a unique stay. The centrally located apartment is on the ground floor and offers 52qm living space, space for 2 pers. The comfortable, lovingly furnished apartment goes far beyond a standard rental. It was renovated / modernized in 2016. From the living room you reach the terrace / garden, where especially the summer invites the cozy lounge to relax. The living room is equipped with a modern dining set as well as a cozy sofa. The location is also ideal, as it is close to numerous restaurants and shops and yet is very quiet. It is only 10 minutes walk to the lake or the shopping street. The apartment is located between Rottach Egern and Bad Wiessee. You will love my accommodation because of: the cosiness, the view, the calm and the location. My accommodation is good for couples and single travelers. Of course you can park your car on our parking space.

Wonderful home in beautiful area!

This was a lovely little apartment in such a fantastic area. We are in the region for medical treatments and this was the perfect place to escape the day to day and recharge our batteries. Beds are wonderful, porch delightful. Lovely bright bathrooms. And everything you need in the tight little kitchen. Our host and the apartment were terrific!

Hier kann man nur TOP sagen. Vom ersten Kontakt, die Wohnung und die Betreuung während unserer Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sehr großzügig ausgestattet (Geräte, Töpfe und auch eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen). Mit dem Wetter hatten wir auch sehr viel Glück. An Sylvester wurde zum Glück auch nicht soviel Feuerwerk abgelassen wie an anderen Orten. Man kann von der Wohnung zu Fuß zum See gehen, einkaufen und in der Nähe ist auch eine Bushaltestelle wenn man nicht fahren möchte.

Die Lage ist top!Gerne nehmen wir, wenn wir mal wieder zum Tegernsee möchen die Gelegenheit wahr, diese Wohnung wieder anzufragen.Als besonders angenehm empfanden wir, dass wirklich alles was man so benötigt in der Wohnung vorhanden war. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet.Sehr ruhig, obwohl zentral gelegen. Im nahen Fahrradverleih hatten wir uns Räder geliehen und waren in 10 Minuten auf der Seestraße im Zentrum.Vermutlich werden wir wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In ca. 15 Minuten Gehzeit ist man mitten in Rottach Egern um den Tag direkt am See ausklingen zu lassen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt geeignet. Durch die räumliche Trennung des zweiten Schlafzimmers und Bades, hatte jeder seinen eigenen Bereich und die Teenager haben ihre Privatsphäre genossen. Als besonders angenehm empfand ich, dass wirklich alles was man so benötigt in der Wohnung vorhanden war. Somit brauchten wir auf nichts verzichten und mussten nicht alles von zuhause mitbringen. Wir können die Wohnung und die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis in schönster Bayrisch-modernem Ambiente. Die Vermieterin war hervorragend im Vorfeld, während des Aufenthaltes und danach. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in der wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht! Die Wohnung lag in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet; Ganz in der Nähe befanden sich die Bushaltestellen und ein aldi! Zu Fuß konnte man den See in ca15 Minuten erreichen! Es gab viele Möglichkeiten, Ausflüge zu unternehmen!

Die sehr schöne Ferienwohnung machte das doch durchwachsene Wetter erträglich. Sehr komfotabel und hochwertig mit Traumterrasse zum Relaxen. Die Wohnung bietet mehr, als beschrieben. Zum herrlichen Tegernsee ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist vollwertig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist groß und durch die vorhandenen Möbel ideal geeignet, um zu essen oder Spiele zu spielen. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen 100% der Wirklichkeit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und engagiert. Vor der Reise wurden wir kontaktiert und konnten alle Fragen besprechen. Zudem haben wir noch interessante Hinweise bekommen bezüglich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
