Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light spills across the private patio and the fully fenced backyard, creating a calm setting where you can step into the day at your own pace. The pool and spa sit just beyond the sliding doors, offering an inviting space to unwind in the warm Florida air. Inside, bright spaces, skylights over the staircase, and thoughtfully arranged rooms make it easy to settle in with family or friends.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 14 guests with five bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the family room. The first-floor master ensuite features a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors leading directly to the pool area. A second ensuite on the upper floor includes a king bed. The additional bedrooms offer 2 queen beds, 2 single beds in a themed room, and 1 full bed plus 1 twin bed. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room adds a sectional with a queen sofa bed and a smart TV.

Indoor living
The living room provides a dedicated workspace in a quiet room with a door. The air-conditioned game room includes a 55-inch TV, a pool table, a foosball table, arcade games, and board games. A children's playroom, life size games, children’s books and toys, and baby safety items offer comfort for families. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades support a comfortable stay.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes stainless appliances, granite counters, and an oven with a built-in Air Fryer. A dining table offers space to gather, and the home provides essentials for preparing meals and enjoying coffee.

Outdoor living
The private backyard offers a fully fenced space, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a private patio or balcony. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional cost and remain available year-round. A charcoal grill is available, with an optional rental of a propane grill. A half bath opens directly to the pool area for added convenience.

Amenities and essentials
The home includes free washer and dryer access, bathroom essentials, an assortment of entertainment options such as a 65 inch HDTV with multiple streaming services, exercise equipment, board games, and children’s amenities including a crib, high chair, and outdoor playground. Exterior security cameras face outward for safety. Parking includes four driveway spaces and free street parking.

Located in the Orlando Area with access to nearby resort facilities, the home offers convenient proximity to major attractions, parks, golf courses, and shopping options. Lake access is available through a nearby path or dock, and a shared gym is located close to the property.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
