Welcome to this single level 4 bedroom and 3 bath home in the highly rated community of Solana!
Guarded and gated this community offers everything you need for an amazing family vacation just 10 miles to Walt Disney World.

As you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal in. Dishes, pots and pans, cutlery are all provided.
In addition to all major appliances, a toaster, coffee maker and more are all provided. Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie on the cable TV or surf the Internet
with the complimentary Wi-fi.

Outside which is the highlight of this beautiful home is a private swimming pool, spa and a safety fence around the pool if you have little ones.
The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months for an extra charge and the pool area faces East. In the garage you will find a pool table for hours of fun with the whole family.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, night stands, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The bathroom offers a soaking tub, separate shower, toilet and walk in closet.

The second bedroom also an ensuite offers a Queen size bed, dresser, night stands, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The bathroom offers a Tub/Shower combo and toilet.

The third bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds, dresser, TV and ceiling fan.

The fourth bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds, dresser, TV and ceiling fan.

Resort Features:
On-site gym, community pool and hot tub with a Tiki Bar, amusement arcade, play areas for the children, volleyball court and a mini golf course (fee may apply to use). There is also a small grab and go snack shop located inside the clubhouse. The community pool is heating during the winter months and there are plenty of loungers and cabanas around the swimming pool. You can also add pool heating to your private swimming pool and spa for a surcharge.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the Now open EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Wonderful host. Very responsive & accommodating. Safe, quiet neighborhood, close to Disney parks. Pool heated well, so we were able to swim even when it wasn’t that warm out. Good starter supplies, & plenty of towels.

Simple and cozy

The Villa is nice and simple, contains all the basic amenities, toiletries, and kitchen appliances to enjoy homemade meals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice, I wished I had opted to heat it to enjoy the hot tub. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet. The location is a little far from stores and attractions. Overall a comfortable stay with our three teens.

The home was a great size and located in a beautiful, quiet, and very clean community. Inside, the house was generally clean—aside from a few carpet stains, which were minor and understandable—and the towels in the hall bathroom had an order which smelled similar to cigarette. Fortunately, the full-size washer and dryer worked well, and detergent was thoughtfully provided, making it easy to address. One drawback was that the water in the kitchen and master bathroom never got hot, which made evening baths less enjoyable. The other bathrooms had warm enough water for a decent shower, but it was still a noticeable inconvenience. Compared to other homes we've rented, the in-home entertainment amenities were somewhat limited and not in the best condition. However, the community clubhouse offered additional options, which was a nice bonus. That said, we did encounter a snake in the garage, where the pool table and air hockey table were located, and, unexpectedly, another snake in the pool while the kids were swimming on our last night. While we genuinely enjoyed the home and the peaceful community, unfortunately, due to the snake incidents, we would not choose to return.
