Built circa 1887 with a full renovation completed in September 2020, this historic building boasts large rooms, 11' ceilings, original moldings, plaster and stained glass. Historic charm with modern conveniences!
This 2nd floor unit with a large front porch is a close walk to great neighborhood restaurants and the upscale shopping, restaurants and bars of Upper King St. district.
On site parking makes this a great home base for your stay in Historic Charleston.

A wonderfully eclectic mix of fine modern seating and authentic antique furniture brings a warm comfortable feel to this spacious apartment. A full Kitchen, large rooms, high end fixtures, Full size washer and dryer and a state of the art, secure 600mbps WiFi mesh system make this a great live-work space.
Architectural details unique to this apartment include 21' x 9'6' high glass partition wall with Smart Glass switchable film for privacy.Historic elements include 9'6" high tripartite windows - these floor to ceiling widows add so much light!
Entrance to the 10' x 28' front porch is through the tripartite windows. This takes some finesse but adds to the historic charm and authenticity.
In keeping with the Historic aesthetic of the building, armoires are utilized for closets.
This apartment is close to several wedding venues, including St. Luke's Chapel, The Wicliffe House, and Cannon Green, making it a lovely suite to prepare for your big day. There is ample room to be surrounded by those you love!
Walk across the street to Fuel for a cocktail or casual dinner. On the corner is Goulette, a lovely French bistro. Next door to that is R Kitchen - make reservations way in advance! A quick trip around the corner to 132 Spring will get you delicious breakfast sandwiches, and well crafted coffee, lattes and cappuccinos. Our favorite, Xaio Bao Biscuit is great for lunch and dinner, with nicely set up outside dining for social distancing.
Upper King street which is Charleston's place for vibrant night life, shopping and a vast array of restaurants to choose from, is only a 10 min walk down Cannon Street.
