Access codes for the keypad will be sent to the email address on file 72 hours prior to your arrival.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to this entire condominium. The building features elevator access for your convenience.

You are a one minute walk from the Charleston City Market and three minutes from the dining and shopping of King Street. Getting Around:

Our prime location in the heart of downtown Charleston at 235 Meeting Street makes exploring the city effortless on foot, as most major attractions are within a short walk. For guests arriving by air, the Charleston International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the property. While we do not offer on-site parking, there are several convenient paid parking garages and surface lots available just a short distance from the building. We recommend using ride sharing services or taxis for easy transit around the historic district if you prefer not to drive.

Perfect walkable location for all historic Charleston. Great shops and restaurants right outside the door, but not at all noisy. It's an old building so be patient waiting for the hot water, but that was part of the charm! Matt answered my texts within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, roomy. Close to EVERYTHING downtown. Only beef: Parking deck cost is misleading. It is 45 a day. The clock “resets at midnight” so you are charged 2 days unless you leave by 11:59 pm. Just be aware. Nothing is cheap there, but lovely time in a fantastic city!
