Please respect the tranquility of the building and be mindful of noise, especially between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. As the apartment is located in a shared building, we ask you to behave considerately towards neighbors.

In case of rule violations (unauthorized parties, disturbances, damage, smoking indoors, etc.), financial compensation may be required and a report may be filed with Airbnb. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the apartment.
