Downtown La Rochelle

Der Aufenthalt in der Rue de la Noue war hervorragend. Die Lage des charmanten Appartments ist einerseits sehr gut geeignet, um die Innenstadt von La Rochelle zu erkunden, inklusive der historischen Gebäude, der Häfen, der Markthalle, des Aquariums und zahlreicher Restaurants - alles ist fußläufig binnen 5 bis 15 min zu erreichen. Andererseits ist auch der nächste Strand (Plage de la Concurrence) nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auf der Terrasse des Appartments hat man von früh bis spät Sonne. In dem Appartment fehlt es an nichts - von Kaffeekapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine bis hin zu Wanderführern für La Rochelle und Umgebung inklusive der Ile de Ré.

Traumhafte Terrasse, zentrales Apartment

Das Apartment ist funktional und zugleich ästhetisch eingerichtet. Es liegt ruhig – angrenzend an einen Park –, und man ist in wenigen Fußminuten im Zentrum. Die große Terrasse, die wir zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten genossen haben, war für uns das Highlight. Die Gastgeberin war sehr entgegenkommend, die Kommunikation mit ihr lief bestens (da sie selbst bei unserer Ankunft nicht vor Ort sein konnte, hatte aber alles perfekt organisiert). Für zwei Personen, die einen Urlaub in dem Festungsstädtchen verbringen möchten, ist die Unterkunft perfekt.

Appartement+terrasse en centre ville

Superbe appartement. Très bien situé, à côté d'un superbe parc et à 10 min du port. Très calme malgré la proximité du centre. L'appartement est très agréable et bien décoré. L'équipement est complet. Une machine à laver serait un plus agréable. La douche fait hammam :) La grande terrasse est le point fort de l'appartement. Les parasols permettent d'en profiter à tous les repas. Stationnement aisé mais payant à proximité de l'appartement.

Heerlijk verblijf in La Rochelle met fantastisch dakterras

Prima appartement in het centrum van La Rochelle. Goed interieur. Geweldig groot dakterras. Goed bed. Keuken compleet ingericht. Alles op loopafstand. Gratis parkeren vlakbij. Doucheruimte heeft een opknapbeurt nodig, veel schimmel in de naden. Dankjewel Francoise voor het fijne verblijf en de goede communicatie.

Entspannter Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt

Unsere zwei Ferienwochen waren sehr gelungen in La Rochelle. Lage der Wohnung zwischen Park, Markt und Hafen sind perfekt, die Terrasse ein Traum.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr geschmackvolle und bis ins kleinste Detail optimierte Wohnung mit toller Terrasse in bester Lage. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum für Einkäufe und zum Bummeln sowie am Hafen oder am Strand. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung an einem Park und somit wunderbar ruhig. Es mangelt an nichts in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (sie haben uns sogar extra Kaffee besorgt, weil wir abends nach der Ankunft nicht mehr einkaufen konnten!) Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen, wir können dieses schöne Appartement bedingungslos empfehlen!

Appartement parfait !

Appartement au calme en plein centre ville, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le gros plus: une grande terrasse ensoleillée très agréable. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Idéalement situé, tout se fait à pied (marché, bars, restaurants, vieux port etc). Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter. Charlotte et Maxime

superbe séjour confortable et au calme

belle surprise que de découvrir dans cette rue un Bel appartement bien rénové avec goût par un architecte. appartement avec un espace bien optimisé. ambiance cosy et très calme, très proche du centre ville et des halles ainsi que du vieux port. cet appartement bénéficie d'une magnifique terrasse en teck, bien aménagée donnant sur une rue arborée qui fait d'avantage office de parking donc très calme, aucun bruit ni le jour ni la nuit. nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement tellement facile à vivre, merci

Sehr schöne, toll gelegene Wohnung mit Traumterrasse

Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in dieser wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung, die sehr zentral liegt, sodass man eigentlich alle Einkäufe und Attraktionen zu Fuß erledigen kann. Gleichzeitig liegt sie sehr ruhig direkt an einem großen Park. Das Auto konnten wir die zwei Wochen über kostenfrei auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt hinter der Wohnung abstellen und hatten über die Terrasse sogar einen Blick drauf. Auf dem großen Planchagrill auf der Terrasse haben wir regelmäßig leckere Mahlzeiten bereitet - einfach toll! Für zwei Personen hat diese Ferienwohnung eine ausreichende Größe, zumal die Terrasse sehr schön groß und geschützt ist.

Un petit nid pour découvrir et profiter de cette belle ville'

Un séjour très agréable dans un logement idéalement situé (vue sur le parc, plage et centre en 5 minutes à pied), disposant de tout le confort dans un espace optimisé avec goût. Des propriétaires réactifs et attentifs à notre bien-être. Un seul regret : ne pas avoir eu assez de soleil pour pleinement profité de la magnifique terrasse. Au prochain séjour peut-être...

A little gem

The apartment was everything described and more - the amazing terrace, the smell of herbs and the peaceful ambience. The terrace was a great place to spend an afternoon, with an evening cooking on the plancha. And the subtle lighting transformed the terrace into somewhere magical at night. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and we have no hesitation in highly recommending the apartment. We also recommend a visit to L'ile d'Aix, Ile de Re, Chatelaillon Plage and The Bunker. Our 5th visit to La Rochelle in 2 years and we are still discovering new places. This apartment is definitely on our "return to" list. Merci Beaucoup! Marie and John Hunter

A nice retreat in the heart of a busy and interesting town

The property is a clean comfortable apartment in the heart of La Rochelle in a quiet area next to a park and complete with a large terrace for a very nice relax. The town , local beach and old port with all its good restaurants and places of interest are very much in walking distance. Forget the car! The climate was perfect for our stay also
