Beautifully located new apartments with panoramic views to the mainland and nature!
Away from tourist - centers and yet the middle of it. The surrounding most beautiful beaches (Pinezici) are 4 km away and can be reached on foot or by bike / car, scooter from the house. Playground at the house! Supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria are about 300 to 500 meters. No through traffic and helpful neighbors. Parking on the plot and the house! Barbecue and garden behind the house invite you to cozy hours. No direct neighbors, just another apartment on the first floor and in the outbuilding.

Preis Leistung hervorragend

Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss einer Doppelhaushälfte. Insgesamt gibt es hier mit der zweiten Doppelhaushälfte 4 Wohneinheiten die ruhig gelegen, etwas außerhalb von Vrh liegen. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören neben zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, einem kleinen Duschbad auch eine zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche. In einem Nebenraum des Hauses befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was wir aufgrund einer mehrtägigen Hitzewelle auch genutzt haben. Da die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum ist, bekommt man bei offenen Schlafzimmertüren kaum etwas mit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Pool wird täglich gereinigt und hat eine ausgezeichnete Wasserqualität. Fussläufig erreichbar ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant (ca. 900m), ein Bäcker (ca. 500m), ein kleiner Supermarkt (ca. 1000m). Mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 7min in Krk bei Lidl und anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ca. 10 Autominuten sind es bis in das Zentrum von Krk. Die meisten Ausflugsziele auf Krk liegen ca. 15 bis 25 Autominuten entfernt. Die von uns angemietete Wohnung gehört einem äußerst netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter der immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Wir waren hier 2 Wochen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder hatten den Pool täglich in Verwendung.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben die Fewo zusammen mit unserem Sohn (14) und unserem Hund bewohnt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und falls was fehlt, hilft der Vermieter rasch aus. Super ist auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Aussenküche und Sitzecke, wo man bei einem Gläschen Wein mit anderen Feriengästen ins Gespräch kommen kann oder vom Vermieter ein paar Insidertipps erzählt bekommt. Da das Ferienhaus sehr ruhig gelegen ist, an einer wenig befahrenen Straße liegt, direkt am Wald ist es für Kinder, Hundeeltern und Ruhesuchende zu empfehlen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank Thomas für den netten Empfang und die besagten Insidertipps, die wir alle gern ausprobiert haben.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in Vrh auf der Insel Krk im August 2018 (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten. Alles war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand!! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt fernab vom Massentourismus, jedoch ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in der Stadt Krk oder an einem schönen Strand. Auch sind andere Orte der Insel schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet sich ideal an um die Insel Krk zu erkunden. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohl gefühlt und werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder auf die Insel Krk fahren!
