About this property

Sit back and relax after a day of island adventure in this Air-Conditioned Hawaiian Style Home. The interior is light and airy with vaulted ceilings. The living room opens to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The new appliances are ready for your culinary adventures. The sliding glass door off kitchen/dining room opens to a lush, tropical lanai and includes a Gas BBQ Grill and picnic table. The floor plan is a Split Layout - The Master Bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, private bath and outdoor shower is separated by the living space with air conditioning, from the 2 guest rooms with shared bath. The first Guest Rooms has a King bed, no a/c but does a Dyson Cool fan and ceiling fan. If doors are left open the a/c in the living room flows in nicely. The second Guest Room has a Bunk Bed with Queen and Twin, no a/c but does have a Dyson Cool fan and ceiling fan. Each bedroom has a private sliding door to the garden.

NOTE: Air-Conditioning located in the Master Bedroom & Living Room.

The Kitchen: is Fully Equipped with a gas stove, microwave, Vitamix blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, new appliances and more... High Speed internet 1G Fiber WiFi plus a 65" Smart TV. New full size washer & dryer in garage. The home is surrounded by lush tropical landscape. Walk around the neighborhood to the nearby Princeville Park, Grocery Store, Restaurants, Ice Cream and More... Drive to explore multiple amazing nearby beaches.

The Secret Park: There is an open area greenbelt behind the cul-de-sac. It is open to the public, but no one realizes it is there! We have the used it for playing croquet and soccer. It is a lovely , close greenbelt, for the kids to run around.

THE BEACH: A few minutes drive away. Hanalei, Tunnels, Lumahai, Ke'e, Secrets, Kilihaiwai and many more...
HIKE TO A BEACH: Nearby trails lead down the bluff to: Queens Bath, Sealodge Beach, Anini Beach, Hideaways Beach and Puu Poa Beach.

Wonderful place

Very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place on the north side. The rental had some of the basics when we arrived (trash bags, TP, soap, etc) which was a nice touch as sometimes we find we need to run out to the store immediately upon arrival. We made use of the snorkel masks and boogie boards that were in the garage and we left some snorkel fins we bought and didn’t want to pay to haul back home. Princeville is a bit far from the south side of the island, which made for a few long days as we drive Waimea canyon and did a Na Pali sunset sailing tour that left from Hanapepe, but this was a beautiful north side rental.

House was beautiful and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of extra’s in the garage. Plenty of coolers, boogie boards, surf boards. Plenty of games for the evenings. Would definitely recommend

Comfortable house and great location

We had a great stay at the Hawaiian Bungalow. Our family of 6 (all adults) fit comfortably. We appreciated how well-appointed the house is - we had everything we needed to cook most of our meals there. The game room has lots of equipment to borrow (surf boards, simple snorkel gear, beach chairs) that made our visit SO much easier and economical. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It slept 7 of us comfortably. It was in a beautiful neighborhood, close to several beautiful spots! The best part was how well supplied it was with all the things you could need. The game room/garage was great for kids and had plenty of beach gear! I don’t think you could find a better rental.

Excellent spot for family!

We stayed with our family of three and extended family for a month in January. The house was comfortable, well stocked, and an excellent launch point for the beach! The extra touches of beach towels, toys, surf boards, etc made the whole experience easy and fun :)

Location! Location! Location! Nestled in the Heart of Princeville. This home is a joy to experience inside and outside. The floor plan is ideal for families or couples. We love the vaulted ceilings and a rare amenity, the Air Conditioning! The windows allow natural light to brighten the home giving it a lovely energy by day. Step outside and star gaze by night.

What makes this property unique

The Outdoor Shower is a real treat..! We enjoy the gas bbq grill and dining at the outside picnic table. This is a corner lot location and therefore only one neighbor on the back side of the home. This lends itself to a wrap-around yard for playing or just enjoying the tropical breezes lounging outside the home. A well equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. The new appliances are a real treat.
