Welcome to the luxurious Anderson Ocean Club unit #1708, a shared Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort. Unit 1708 is a stunning, privately-owned, direct oceanfront condo on the 17th floor, perfect for a memorable Myrtle Beach getaway. This recently renovated condo offers a blend of modern elegance and coastal charm.

Two private cabanas are available for rent at the north end of the pool deck, complete with chilled face cloths, 2 bottles of water and 1 bottle of
champagne. These cabanas can be rented on a daily basis through the front desk ($150). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT heated.

Highlights of Unit 1708 include:

- 1 Br / 1 Ba: Comfortably sleeps up to eight (8) guests with two (2) Queen beds, a
double pull-down Murphy bed, and double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
- Recent LVP flooring, furniture, paint, and décor, LED lighting, HVAC system, shower
grab bars, and 55” Roku TV with movies.
- Private Oceanfront Balcony: Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and stunning
sunrises.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features granite countertops, cherry cabinets, K-cup coffee
maker and coffee, and all essential electric appliances.
- Stacked Washer and Dryer: Convenient for longer stays.
- Amenities include: Owner provided “boogie boards”, adult and child board games and
puzzles, starter shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and
dishwashing detergent.
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized.

- Multiple Pools and Hot Tubs: Indoor and outdoor options, including a lazy river and
seasonal Beach Tiki Bar. Private Cabanas for rent thru front desk.

Beautiful views and condo

We loved our stay at this condo and would come back. Beautiful views. Clean condo. Comfortable beds. Nice parking garage within close walking distance. The pool indoor is heated and pools outside are not heated. Hot tub indoor and outdoor was nice too. Bonus tip: check out the Polynesian Fire Luau show-will not disappoint! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The location was perfect, the unit was clean and exactly as pictured (including the exceptional ocean view), and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The valet (Cody) assisted me with getting our luggage and two young sons to the room so my husband could park the car, even knowing we were staying in a private rental and not true hotel guests. Possibly due to the fact that I was in an arm cast, but he still had no obligation and kindly offered to help anyway. Communication with host was friendly and helpful. Chanda was always quick to respond! We visited in February so the indoor heated pool was a huge plus. This was a fantastic location and we will definitely be looking to book here again for future trips!

The place was very nice! Location was excellent and the service/help was excellent when we needed it. We had an issue the first night with the sofa bed and I emailed Chanda and she sent out the maintenance person early that same day to fix it. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great Family Stay at Great Clean Property

Great rental in a very clean resort right on the beach! Great location right down the road from Broadway at the Beach and near everything. Beds were comfortable and the murphy bed was very useful for our daughter. Good communication from the owners and we didn't have a single issue on our stay. Unloading your car under the building was very useful and made check in very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything inside the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Would not recommend coffee from the shop downstairs though! Starbucks is close by and worth traveling to. Miniature golf course could use a really good clean up but it was free so we couldn't complain. There are very nice staff there especially the hard working staff at the pool Overall great stay !

This is a wonderful condo with a beautiful view. The velet parking was great! The guys are super helpful! The rooms were perfect for our group. My only critique is that the kitchen was not well stocked, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance so this may not matter.

Anderson Ocean Club has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
