3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths Overlooking the Ocean! Newly Renovated, New Golf Cart Included!
When you walk through the front door, your eyes immediately see a view of the ocean.Villa has undergone a complete renovation. This is a beautiful oceanfront/ocean view New Haven Villa. Spectacular view of the ocean. Villa located across the street from Ocean Point Golf Club. Pool is located beside property.New Golf Cart, Free Wi-Fi!The living room features a large open living room, oak floors, full dining room, breakfast room and fully-equipped kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and laundry area. Unit is totally renovated, clean and beautifully decorated for comfort.
2 bathrooms were completely renovated this year and New HVAC system last year.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING INSIDE.Sleeping arrangements are: one king-size bed, and three queen beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Fripp Island Resort has an Amenity Guest Passes policy. As a guest staying in our condo you will have to, prior to your arrival, purchase Amenity Passes through us, in order to use the restaurant's, rent equipment, play golf or tennis or use the pools.

Our wonderful Fripp Island villa is just across the street from Ocean Point golf course and next-door to Ocean Point pool. 
Fripp Island Resort has an Amenity Guest Passes policy. Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year.  Children 13 and up must have their own card.  In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.
There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), pool beside villas, Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), pickle ball courts, fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a boat, kayak, paddlebaord, or book a dolphin watch cruise.

Enjoy sitting on the deck relaxing and watching the dolphins frolic. Truely an amazing view.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. Great location with an excellent view. Remodeled interior was very nice. Golf cart in great shape and super convenient. Cleanliness of property was not great. Also porch hard to use with wasps present and smokers in the unit below.

Always a good time

This visit was the fourth time we’ve rented this property for our annual girls’ weekend. We are never disappointed. We usually bring all of our own food and beverages, and the kitchen works well for us. We love the deck for dolphin watching. We plan to take 2 girls’ trips a year now.

Family Fripp Trip 2023

The waterfront views are amazing and sunrise is beautiful. The men enjoyed fishing from the sea wall each night, catching red fish, large stingrays and 6’ sharks, and the rest of us could watch from the balcony. The unit appears to have been updated a couple years ago but is showing wear and tear. It could have been cleaner as there was dust and dog hair under the furniture and furniture showed some spill marks. If you are traveling with children, be aware that the table has high stools only (as pictured) so no regular chairs. We improvised by bringing in a deck chair for the baby bumbo seat to sit on, but we had a 3 y/o child fall off the stools. The beds were very comfortable and having a full bath in each bedroom was great. The owner, Rose, was very prompt and helpful when we experienced a ceiling leak in the master bedroom from the air conditioner. It had apparently just been worked on and the repair guy admitted they set the drain float wrong so the pump did not drain the drip pan correctly. Rose had them fix the issue promptly and all was well. We loved our time at Fripp and this unit provided us a nice place to stay.

Sisters trip

This was our first visit to Fripp Island, and we could not have asked for a better stay. We were a group of 5 sisters and this condo was perfect for us. The bedrooms are huge and we loved having a bathroom in every room. Two rooms have water views with nice windows that open. This Condo is nicely updated. We had such a wonderful time we weren’t ready to leave, we did run out of paper towels and toilet paper and there wasn’t hand soap in all the bathrooms and there was some clothing left in one of the drawers from the previous renters, but none of that would hinder me from staying again. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved this property, my whole party loved this place! It was beautiful, easy to get to, had allll the extras you would need (umbrellas, chairs, toys, etc.) The only feedback I have is I wish there had been a 6 seater vs. a 4 seater golf cart - though I was incredibly thankful to not have to rent a golf cart at all--and while very comfortable I would have liked a larger couch so more of us could sit together and lounge, again, NOT a deal-breaker. My kids begged me to book extra days they were so in love. Rose, was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions and in a very timely manner.

Excellent vacation!

On the fifth family trip to Fripp Island I finally found the perfect location. This property’s ocean view is amazing, with beautiful sun rises and lots of dolphin watching. Plus at low tide there is a beautiful sandy beach that is a very short walk across the complex. Finally, the condo is very comfortable. The bathrooms are all redone with great showers and the beds and bedding are amazing. The only suggestion I have is the the kitchen be stocked with some plastic glassware that can be taken outside to watch the ocean.

Beautiful condo and location

We had a wonderful week on Fripp Island staying at this condo. It was large enough for a family of 5 to have plenty of room and space. The kitchen was well stocked, beach towels and linens were provided, and the view outside couldn’t be beat. We all enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart and loved having it to get around the island. Rose was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone coming to Fripp and we hope to be back again next year!

Lovely property and community. Dolphins right off the deck! Use of golf cart. Condo open concept downstairs, 3 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths! Our family of five had plenty of room. Within 1.5 hrs of Savannah, GA, 2 hrs from Charleston, SC., 1.5 hrs from Hilton Head. Beaufort, SC only 30mins away.

Views for days...and nights!

From the moment I booked my stay, Rose reached out with details, information and was available to answer any questions for me. A week before our arrival to the island, I received very clear notes and acces codes. The day before I received reminders and follow ups- I had everything I needed for our arrival and stay in advance. The property has security and is very safe. Once in the unit, we had all we needed and an espectacular beach view. The unit is well equipped. Clean. Spacious. I had a few questions about accessibility and amenities but all my questions were answered within 5 minutes and fully! We were able to enjoy my son's graduation at Parris Island (which is a 45 minute drive from this location) and then the evenings driving around the island and relaxing beach side at Fripp Island. Everything you want to enjoy a relaxed getaway is there. I am definitely planning to repeat my stay here very soon!!!

Fripp Island Paradise

617 New Haven is a beautiful retreat! The condo was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is a well maintained property with a fantastic ocean view. We enjoyed the morning sunrise over the ocean each day! It was the perfect place to stay. Fripp Island is near and dear to our hearts!! After selling our family property of 43 years several years ago, it was so wonderful to be back. It feels like home here. Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time on Fripp. The condo was a perfect fit for our family. It was very clean and well appointed (with very comfy beds). The only couple of things that would have been nice: a high top table on the patio to go with the 4 chairs (so we had somewhere to set beverages/snacks), an additional table by the front entrance to set things (sunglasses, purse, etc), and an easier beach access (the entrance closest to the condo is closed and the next entrance has a decent walk with limited access depending on the tides)— none of these were deal breakers. ;) Overall though, we had a wonderful time, the owner was great to deal with and were sad to leave!

This property lives up to its listing and pictures.

Ocean Point is very tranquil, we enjoyed the great ocean views with boats going by and dolphins surfacing regularly. The owner was very prompt answering questions and everything was as expected. Recently renovated, with a great kitchen and comfortable beds.
