Villa Danica - studio apartment with direct sea view, 4 stars

The accommodation
Villa Danica is a new apartment house (completed in 2016/7), which is located directly on the beach (10m to the pebble beach in front of the door) not far from the center (500m). It is located in Betina on the island of Murter, which is connected to the mainland in Tisno by a bridge. There is no ferry necessary, which makes it easy to get there.
The studio apartment (4 stars) is perfect for 2 people. In the apartment there is a double bed from which you can see the sea. It is located on the 1st Floor and consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, dishwasher and a washing machine are available, as are mosquito nets on the windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) with a refrigerator (with freezer) and all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking.
Bedding and towels are provided.

Access for guests
A grill behind the house can be used. Private parking spaces are available for guests in the courtyard. In front of the house there is a jetty for smaller boats, larger boats can moor in the port of Betina (500m) or in the Marina of Murter (1500m).

Interaction with guests
We are available for questions at any time before and during your stay and will be happy to help you. However, it will only be someone on your arrival and when you return the apartment or when you finally check on site. Since we do not live on the island, Mate Turcinov from the Adriatic Booking Tourist Office in Murter (Hrvatskih Vladara 26) will be happy to assist you during your stay.

The apartment is ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be left by 10 a.m. on the day of departure or handed over to Mate Turcinov.


The neighborhood
Villa Danica is only separated from the beach by a street with very little traffic. This road leads to the Plitka Vala campsite and is not a main road.
It is a 5 minute walk to Betina's village center, where you will find shops, restaurants and a bakery. It is also a short walk of about 15-20 minutes to Murter's lively center with its many restaurants and shops.


means of transport
In general, a car is recommended to discover the whole island with its beautiful pebble and sandy beaches (Kosirina, Slanica, Jezera, Podvrske). Murter is the perfect starting point to get to know the Dalmatian mainland. From Betina you can easily reach the larger cities, e.g. B. Šibenik (30 minutes), Zadar (1 hour) or Split (90 minutes), as well as the impressive national parks (Krka 30 minutes, Kornati 20 minutes by boat and Paklenica 90 minutes).

The closest airports are in Zadar or Split.
