Don't miss out on this stylish home & welcoming vacation oasis. The serene garden backyard includes professional water misters to provide cooling for the warm summer evenings. The hot tub allows for relaxation at the end of an active day. This spacious home is ideal for a friendship getaway, a fun sports weekend, or a peaceful retreat from the daily grind. This property is centrally located near excellent restaurants, spas, casinos, golf/sports entertainment, hiking, cycling & shopping!

There are 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen). There is also a den/game room with a futon couch and plenty of room for a rollaway and/or inflatable bed (provided).There is a billiard room and TV room.

The property is located on in a quiet golf community. It is within 1 mile of restaurants, grocery store & other services. It is also within a 20 minute drive to other golf courses, spas, casinos, hiking trails & a plethora of dining choices.There is also easy access to major highways.

There is parking in the garage and driveway as well as along the street. The property is 'mobility-friendly'. Cruiser bikes are available for recreation and many hiking trails are within walking distance. Close access to major highways is also a convenience.

Very relaxing and convenient!

Great location! We had easy access to golf and short drive to food and stores. The property was in great shape, it was exactly as advertised in the photos. We will stay again when we are in Pheonix!

Golf course view

Great location and house with a lot of space! We had a great Christmas vacation stay at this place. It was even decorated for Christmas! Loved having a pool table and game options. The golf course view was amazing! The electrical switches were somewhat confusing but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for our 5 adults. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nicely landscaped, relaxing backyard. Loved the open layout of the living area, and the labels on kitchen cupboards were helpful. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating of our early arrival needs.

Perfect house in quiet neighborhood

This house was a perfect fit for my husband and I and our adult children. It had plenty of room and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The pool table and hot tub were our family favorites! Communication with the homeowner was top notch and checking in was flawless. The back patio is a perfect area for entertaining and was kept up nice and neat! I highly recommend this property!

Great spot!

The house worked out perfect for us! Described accurately and we enjoyed this location . The house was very clean. The hot tub was fantastic ! Also we loved the nice selection of wine glasses and great supply of dishes . The owners respond right away if you have an issue. We loved the view of the golf course from the backyard. Another plus for us is that our small dog was allowed to be with us! The area is great for walking a dog and we loved the proximity to some hiking trails! All in all a great vacation rental in a nice area!

Beautiful and clean home

We had a great stay here! The house is large, clean, and beautiful, exactly as it looks in the picture. The first couple of nights we had issues with the Wi-Fi, but the owners responded quickly and did everything they could to fix things , though I believe it ended up being more of a problem with the provider. We’d definitely come back and stay again!

Home away from home

Property was very cleaned and well organized. Had a bit of a electrical problem but the owner came over right away to check it out and had someone come out and take care of the problem. This was our first experience renting a house on the Vrbo app and we would certainly do it again after this.

Amazing property

The house was perfect. Everything was super clean and organized. This is the only place I have ever stayed that labeled all the cabinets to make life so much easier. Communication with the owner was amazing as well as the location, super freeway close and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Paradise Found

This is the best VRBO rental we've ever had. We were hesitant to rent it because it didn't have any reviews, but that is because it is a new listing. Trust me, this place is going to be a VRBO star listing. It was located in a quiet community 5 minutes away from spectacular hiking trails, grocery store, restaurants. The backyard has beautiful outside furniture and a hot tub and looks out over a golf course. It was immaculately clean and the hosts had gone the extra mile and thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable--candles, spices, coffee, laundry soap, all was provided. The kitchen was a dream. We had to pinch ourselves that we'd found it this place. There was even a pool table! Bikes in the garage, a full utility room with washer/dryer, everything seemed new and spotless. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and I've no doubt that they will top listers no time at all. Don't hesitate to book this amazing, peaceful, gorgeous place.

Perfect spot

Communication couldn’t have been better. Location close enough to fwy and grocery and nice quiet safe neighborhood. House was very equipped and was enjoyable watching the golfers go by in the backyard that faces hole 16. My favorite part was all cupboards were marked with labels so saved looking around for everything! Thanks again for a great experience
