It even has its own washer and dryer. Located less than 300 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Washer and Dryer, 42" flat screen TV and DVD in the living room, free wireless internet access. The unit sleeps up to 6 people. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 32" flat screen cable T. V. The Downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a 32" flat screen cable T. V. The loft has two twins, and the living room has a new sectional sofa WITHOUT a queen size sleeper couch. * Double air mattress is provided. Linens for air mattress provided upon request. Wood burning fireplace insert. Dur to Courchevel Management inability to repair exterior chimney pipe we cannot guarantee the fireplace will be available to use. Children Welcome. Please note that you will not receive any Check in instructions from --/Homeaway etc. Instructions will be e-mailed to you from MLAS2. Please read these instructions prior to your arrival. There are no addition cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected, and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is a $120.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. We are utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved. The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year-round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These amenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures or smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted. The unit itself is very nice and spacious. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds. 2 car garage was nice plus. The only issue we had was the long steep stairs to get to the front door.
Fantastic location. Convenient, covered parking was a huge plus. The layout with king bed downstairs and queen bed plus loft twins upstairs was ideal for our family. Highly recommend.
We all loved staying here! Clean and comfortable and affordable, that's a rare combination. Please update your photos, we thought it looked much better than the pictures. Also, lots of construction going on in July on your street. Slurry coat, cement work and street closure all in one week!
My family had a good time skiing for the week. The town is quaint and there's plenty to do off mountain. Had some good walks and lots of fun in the hugs mounds of snow.
The condo is in a great location and the 2 covered parking spots were amazing! Unfortunately it was not clear in the description that it is actually only 1 bedroom with a loft. The upstairs bedrooms are all connected and a loft. The bed in the upstairs had a terrible mattress and the bed frame was broken so my husbands head was below the level of his feet. I messaged the manager about it and never heard back. We also left our nice pillow there and asked if we could pick it up and they never responded. It has been 2 weeks and I am still without a response. I would never recommend until they clearly state that the bed frame was replaced.
The layout of the condo was good for us, a couple with a teenager.
Pros:

Cons:
- The kitchen was missing a lot of standard (IMO) items, such as measuring cups, kitchen shears, and plastic tumblers for the hot tub.
- The bed in the loft was lumpy and not comfortable.
FYI:
- The master bed is extremely high off the ground.
3 nights in the middle of March, who knew there would be so much snow. Easy walk to the canyon lodge was made a little more difficult due to the ice on the roads. Crews were barely able to keep up with the snow fall but we managed to get where we needed to. House was as advertised, the WiFi was out, probably due to the amount of snow, no biggie, phones had just enough of a signal to keep us connected. One recommendation would be to add some window shades for the upstairs room to block the living room lights. Fun trip, already planning the next one!
Great location! Less than 5 min walk to Canyon let us enjoy cooking at home in between sessions.
Garage comfortably fit a large pick-up truck and had convenient storage for ski equipment.
Couple notes are the two loft beds are in the same room as the queen bed. They are also a little small but two 6' guys slept on them without complaint.
Overall an excellent spot and value.
Everything went very well on our trip and we were very happy with the home and facilities.

Great location but needs better mattresses!
This condo is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Great location and layout of the condo. The upstairs bedroom and loft area is perfect for a family with 1 or 2 small kids.
The only problems were the upstairs beds. After a long day of skiing or boarding it would be nice to sleep comfortably. These beds were very uncomfortable. Hard and you could feel the springs in the beds. None of us slept well the entire trip.
With better mattresses this would be a 5 star condo.
