**Newly Renovated - 4BR AC, WIFI - Near Alabang
Comfortable stay for families or friends, tucked within a secured, gated community, close to all necessary amenities. Enjoy outdoor patio and bbq or escape the heat with indoor air conditioning. A two minute walk to the community center and enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool. Air Conditioned car and driver can also be hired for shopping trips, seeing the sights, or longer journey's and adventures.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking range, microwave, fridge, freezer, and all cooking tools for those who like to prepare meals at home. Full bathroom including shower with heated water. Large Dining table, and living room with TV, Stereo and Karaoke. Couch can be folded into bed for extra sleeping room. 3 Bedrooms upstairs, with a full walk out terrace off the 3rd Bedroom.
Guest has access to the entire propery and use of all the rooms, appliances, and items within in it.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and homey. The hot showers and bidets in both bathrooms were great. The host was easy to deal with and accommodating. We recommend it.

Basics needed
Very good by Philippine standards. Needed more towels, batteries checked on remote devices, more toilet paper, plunger, salt and pepper, showering soap. When I travel abroad I don’t bring these things with me
