This 5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom modern Shotgun style house will sleep up to 12. Centrally located in Northwest Arkansas just outside Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping center gives easy access to I-49, AMP Concert venue, Top Golf, Rogers Aquatic Center, and over 20 choices of restaurants within 5 minuets of the house. The house is a very short commute to Mercy Hospital. Come spend some time with us at the Cherokee House.

Why they chose this property
The space:
The master bedroom has a king size mattress, there are 2 rooms with queen beds(one upstairs one downstairs) there is a bunk room with a twin bed and a twin/full bunk bed. The bonus room has a full size convertible couch. I have recently added an air mattress with bedding to add some leg room. The kitchen is furnished in a basic fashion, Please feel free to ask if you have any requests for uncommon kitchen/cleaning needs.
Guests can also expect end tables, luggage racks and closets in each room.
Guests will be able to access the entire house minus a couple utility closets. Guests are provided with a one time door code that may be shared among the party.
There is a 2 car garage on the back side of the alley. Guests may use this however, there will be no remote provided. Access through ihefront door.
Other things to note
The yard is limited in size. There is a recreation field just down the street to walk dogs or get out and stretch your legs. The subdivision is small, and lit at night with sidewalks throughout. For excess parking guests may park in the garage, driveway, both sides of the deck in the grass, or in front of the house.
Additional parking is available on the street just down the hill.
