Girls trip to Arkansas Craft Shows

Check in process was confusing because the instructions told us the code for the door. We assumed it was the garage door keypad and it was the front door. Wish that would have been specified. Also when we entered, the back door was wide open and a kitchen cabinet was open. I messaged the property manager but still have not heard back. Also the accuracy of the listing was a little off because it stated there was a basement and there was not. Also I picked this house because in the picture it is on a through street. I had a large vehicle with trailer so I thought I could park on the street and not have to back into driveway. When I received the instructions to enter the property three days prior to arrival, I was told there was no street parking due to HOA rules. Also the heat was somehow pre-programmed to heat to 85 degrees through the night. Don't know what that was about. We had it set to 72 before we went to bed. The second night we just turned off the system all together. We still hope to stay there again next year but haven't heard from the host as to our request for that.

Hey Kathleen! Thank you for your honest review. I will be sure to change and specify the listing is more accurate. My bookings are only 6 months out as I have this house for family to stay in the future! As far as responding, I did send responses back within 2 hours. Unfortunaly, VRBO is not the most updated platform and tends to cause many problems so maybe you never received a message on your end ): I hope that we will host you again!
