Features 8' privacy fence, enjoy parklike surroundings on a huge 1/3 acre property perfect for lounging in the hammock or a night hanging out by the firepit under stars. Guests have even set up their own tents for kiddos to “camp” in the back yard! Play Corn Hole & Horseshoes out back while grilling. Fine linens, fireplace, high speed wifi, Roku TV's & Netflix all pre-loaded, garage, fully-equipped kitchen, baths & laundry!

3 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Living room has fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, Netflix and Spectrum cable tv loaded (secondary bedrooms are 43" smart tv's and have same setups loaded for you). High speed Wifi, and you'll find a few games in the console under the TV. :-)

Did I mention privacy?! Living, dining room and kitchen lights are all on dimmers to set your mood preference. Front & back porch lights are LED and come on and turn off by themselves. Smart thermostat knows when you're away but adjust as you wish! LED Ceiling fans can color change for different warmth/cool lighting settings.

Main bedroom is on opposite side of the home from the other two bedrooms and has it's own full bathroom with stunning enclosed glass modern shower. Also, a dedicated workspace with desk & chair overlooking the backyard.

Unpack and unwind-All bedroom lamps w/USB ports as well as plugs for your devices to make keeping your devices charged a breeze. All have ceiling fans & extra blankets & linens can be found in the closets. Each closet has a luggage rack and shelving for you as well as hangers.

Bathrooms should be well equipped just incase you forgot something, I've tried to think of everything one might need.

Kitchen is well stocked with all the basics to prepare a meal. Pots/pans, and a variety of dishware from glassware to plastic and paper. Blenders, mixers, toaster, etc. You will find Coffee (drip) supplies, creamers, as well as a variety of Keurig pods, and hot water kettle and teas. Grill on patio with all the cooking tools!

Cleaning supplies are under the sink and extra trash bags in the kitchen drawer as well as in the bottom of each trashcan for quick replacement. Big blue trash bin- from inside the garage, walk past washer & dryer, the bin is just on other side of that door! Large Dog kennel for your fur babies available. We also have a pack & play crib and high chair for your little ones.

Laundry area you will find a few detergents, softeners and scent boosters to chose from! :-)

This Austin location was a very nicely appointed house. The house was clean and furnished comfortably. The beds were super comfy. And it was the best supplied vacation rental I’ve have ever seen with all of the bathroom, kitchen, and general cleaning supplies that you could imagine. Coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, laundry soap, hand soap, tea, garbage bags…it’s ALL supplied! Andrea was a very responsive host. When I reached out with any questions, she responded within minutes. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Perfect headquarters for an Eclipse trip

This house is really great for a decent sized group. Lots of amenities and we really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The backyard is especially spacious and peaceful. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We would definitely come again!

This is a very nice house with everything we needed. All of the supplies are included - soaps, detergents, paper products - even coffee! The house was spotless. It has a great back yard with a fire pit that we enjoyed. The owner checked on us not long after we arrived and immediately took care of a minor issue that we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place for Family

We had a wonderful time at this home. It had all the amenities we needed, and the yard was a big plus as well as the grill. The home was in a prime location and very close to groceries stores, gas stations and coffee shops. We needed to get in the house early and they were accommodating for a fee, other homes did not, so this was the reason we stayed here. We highly recommend it.

Amazing home away from home

I traveled with three generations of family for the holidays and stayed in this fabulous home near cedar park. It was the cleanest and best-stocked rental I’ve ever been in! The host was great at answering questions pre- and during our trip, and even responded the day off when we had a small issue during a huge storm. Great rental, and we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area!

Hidden gem

This house is perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short distance from anything you want or need. I stayed with my two pups. They loved the huge and private back yard. We also made a short trip to one of the best dog parks we have ever visited. Two HEB's within a mile. The house was perfect for our needs . Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked and spotlessly clean. Andrea really did seem to think of everything. 100% would recommend.

I'm a full time Realtor and my husband and I love to travel when we can. We've lived in Leander/Cedar Park (Austin suburbs) for over 20 years. Have two grown boys and a fur baby that goes everywhere with us. I really enjoy taking care of people! We love the Austin area and what all it offers!:-)

Why they chose this property

Besides being all new and so light and bright, I love it's on such a HUGE private lot with big trees and even a resident owl "Hootie" . You can just really relax in the back and not feel like neighbors are watching you out their windows. I especially love how close it is to everything fun to do in North Austin area! From quick bites, movies, HEB grocery store around the corner to fine shopping and especially dining at The Domain and also The Oasis on Lake Travis. It's just the perfect spot to chill for a few days!
