About this property

Lovingly, in shabby-chic style furnished 70m ² apartment in 1. OG of our family house
with 2 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (separate toilet) and large balcony.

From our apartment, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful center of St. Wolfgang and the lawn on the beautiful Wolfgangsee (free use for our guests).

The apartment is designed for 4 people. We are happy to make if necessary for another 2 people the sofa in the living-dining room as a bed for you. An adult or 2 children can sleep on this couch. (plus 15, - Euro per day / person).
Travel cot - or Baby travel bed can be prepared on request.

Large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and sink.

Smaller bedroom with 2 boxspring beds * and wardrobe.
* possible as single beds or double bed

Living-dining room with sofa bed, satellite. TV and dinette.

Amazing Austria

We had an absolutely amazing stay in St Wolfgangsee. Sigi and Jens were fabulous hosts, our accommodation was perfect, the location was great for so many things to do. It was the most relaxing and fun holiday I have had for a very long time !

Kleine Auszeit vom Stress im Alltag

Wir haben es sehr genossen in der Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter die einem auch mal mit Sachen aus dem eigenen Haushalt aushelfen, falls man dann noch was vergessen hat einzukaufen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Genuss im "Jänner-Loch"

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei unseren sehr freundlichen, großzügigen und unkomplizierten Vermietern Sigi und Jens sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was es für einen gemütlichen Winterurlaub braucht. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung...

...es war sehr schön! Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Alles, was man in der Küche braucht, war da. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Inhalt der Kiste und das wunderbar bestückte Bücherregal. Tolle Spiele waren da und der Ausblick vom Balkon war einmalig. Kurz gesagt, einfach wunderbar. V. 7 Jahre

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten sind kuschelig mit tollen Matzratzen für einen wahrlich erholsamen Schlaf. Dass alles sauber ist, sei nebenbei auch erwähnt. Sigi, die Vermieterin, war sehr nett und stets bemüht und unseren Aufenthalt so scön wie möglich zu machen. Unsere kurze Auszeit im Advent war so von einem hohen Wohlfühlfaktor geprägt.
