Beautiful & Relaxing Oasis

We really enjoyed our visit at the Tipsy Mermaid. 2 couples and 2 teen boys. Plenty of room. The home has been nicely remodeled and the furnishings are comfortable and perfect for a beach getaway. Loved the view of the beach and gulf from the deck. Easy short walk to the beach as well. The pellet grill was awesome for cookouts. We didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend the Tipsy Mermaid and we can’t wait to book this little gem and stay again soon. Thanks for having us. Morris Family

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

The Tipsy Mermaid is the perfect place to unwind! The property is very clean and has a perfect location to the beach. Fun was had by all and we will definitely be back.

Prom weekend

The house was amazing and contact with the owner was quick and easy. Really enjoyed our stay. All that came by were very complimentary of the property. View of the beach was a huge plus!!!

Family Beach Vacation

Location, location, location was perfect! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - 5 days & 4 nights with kids and grandkids. See you next year Tipsy Mermaid!

Quick getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our adult kids joining for a couple of the nights. The house was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Being close to the beach was great and we also really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Value was questionable

Good things first. The owner was great with communication. The porch is super cute. The mermaid art is really aesthetically pleasing. The grill was good. There are lots of kitchen appliances (air fryer, instapot, etc…) Not so good things We got there at 3:30 check on is posted as 4 and the house wasn’t clean yet. The lady did a great job cleaning the house but had to come back and make up the beds later once the sheets were dry. You can feel the house move, literally sway with movement. The flooring feels lumpy under the laminate like it’s rotting. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling for the first whole day and the maintenance came out and pulled it away from the wall a little and it finally started cooling the last day we were there. The AC was struggling to keep the house cool. There was 11 of us there for 4 days and there was only 3 rolls of toilet paper. Overall not the worst. But have definitely stayed in better.

Tipsy mermaid

Had fun sitting on the deck watching the water. Beach was just a short walk away and had a lot of fun swimming. The house had everything we needed and more.
