Celebrate this spring season with us at your home away from home but WAY better! One To One Good Vibes has all the amenities to make your beach stay comfortable, relaxing, and fun. We've got it all! This fully-stocked gorgeous, roomy retreat is your next perfect beachside getaway for memories to last a lifetime!

Just a breezy 3-minute stroll to the beach and a quick zip to groceries & local dining spots. Also don't forget to check out the entertainment, pool and restaurant at the Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach Resort for a fun day out. Feeling adventurous? Take a super easy drive and ferry ride for a day trip to Galveston where shopping, dining & fun awaits. Location, location, location!!

Unwind in the cozy hot tub or simply chill out under the twinkling patio lights. Lounge in the hammocks, play board games, or enjoy a bean bag toss. It’s dog-friendly and our quiet neighborhood on the western end of the peninsula offers the perfect spot to visit time and time again.

Whip up culinary delights in the fully furnished kitchen with both a Traeger and charcoal grill—endless meal possibilities await! Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a 65” ROKU 4K TV, central A/C, ceiling fans, and all the kitchen utensils & gadgets you need, including a full-size coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and a 6-piece toaster. Plus, there's an enormous pantry and full-size washer/dryer for all your long-stay needs.

We’ve gotcha covered with all linens, including beach towels, and a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and soap. No need to pack heavy—our bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pack light and live large at One To One Good Vibes!

*Dogs are WELCOME! We love our fur babies but please try to keep clean paws only in the house and keep dogs off furniture. If you would like to snuggle with your dog on the couch, please bring your favorite blanket to lay down first.

* The primary guest booking this house MUST be 25 years old or older & we reserve the right to request ID for confirmation.

*Parking notes: There is off-street parking in the driveway + concrete pad for up to four cars in front of this home. No parking allowed underneath the home.

* Please note this home requires stairs to access it and may not be suitable for all guests.

*We are excited to share this home with you - but we ask that you take care of our place like you would want others to take care of yours. We care about our property and our neighbors... NO PARTIES - If you are looking for a party house, this is NOT the rental for you!

*No smoking is allowed indoors. Please bag all trash and place in provided cans near the street. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay. Please note that there are Ring surveillance cameras at front & back entrances.

*We've got you covered on the essentials for your stay, but we recommend that you bring umbrellas and/or chairs for the beach & insect repellent!

If you have time to start a load of towels that helps our cleaner so much. If time is tight we understand, so no problem.
Leave the linens to the cleaner. It helps her keep track of things if she can pull the sheets herself.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Parties. Our neighbors are our friends. Please be respectful. Quite hours at 10 pm.

Great family stay! The beach, the home, the extras, all very good. Will stay again. We landed at IAH and drove down. The trip was easy and the car ferry wasn't bad at all. The beach was lovely and all the extra beach toys provided entertainment for hours. Family of 10 with ages 2 to 55. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchens of any rental we've ever stayed at. Big thanks for the use of the Traeger too! We had brisket... it was excellent! Hot tub was a great touch too.

This was a vacation for my husband and I, and our children. My brother and his family, as well as our dad came and it was our first familyVacation! Hey! Dustin here... Carrol and I are thrilled to be opening our Crystal Beach home to guests. I am originally from Minnesota and currently live in Colorado - and we both have a great love for all things outdoors! If we are not hiking, fishing, or gardening - we are surely visiting our home-away-from-home in Texas, soaking up some glorious beach time.

The thing we enjoy most about hosting is sharing a wonderful beach location with others and all the great interactions we have with guest. Nothing makes us more happy to than hear guests say they love the house and had a great vacation. Only good vibes!

Why they chose this property

Great beach acccess via Boyt Rd in a quite family friendly neighbor. The location is considered the quite part of the beach is great if you want to stay away from the crowds but is close to all the near by amenties. Just a quick 10 min drive from the from the Galveston Ferry.

What makes this property unique

3 Minute walk to the beach says it all! Very open and spacious house that feels comfortable for group vacations. We love to bring family and friends to stay with us.
