Centrally located 16 mi. from downtown Denver, 20 minutes to Denver International Airport, 60 mi. to Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, 29 mi. to Red Rocks and 22 mi. to Boulder, CO. Your stay Includes coffee bar, Washer/Dryer access, fully equipped kitchen and deck with electric grill. Hi Speed Internet and Wi-Fi, Netflix and Cable TV, gas fireplace, 3bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. One king size bed, one queen size bed, 2 twin beds plus a hide-a-bed in the downstairs accommodates up to 6 guests. Home is professionally cleaned and then sanitized with disinfectant via an EMist® system between all guest stays to ensure a germ/virus free environment.

Colorado Family Trip

Good location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the family. Amenities and supplies were well stocked. Kitchen was well equipped. Covered deck and yard were put to good use. Full laundry was a definite plus.

We love this home because of the hominess and comfort. Our neighbors are wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It has a nice back porch with table and chairs as well as a wonderful back yard.

Home has a driveway that has space for 3 cars. No need to park on the street.
